It’s rare I write reviews but the customer service and care from these guys was so top notch it deserves acknowledging….

Very helpful in questions by email and then to track delivery. Forgot to put the leash in but delivered next day.

Excellent service from start to finish. After watching their excellent board reviews I narrowed it down to a couple of boards. Still unsure i emailed the team and based on my ability, the waves I surf was able to help me come to a final decision. As a high beginner/low intermediate (line two) surfer stepping off a soft top and buying their first PU board, this was invaluable. I opted for a stock dimensions Form Flow stick with custom design and couldn't be happier. The whole process of ordering and delivery was seamless. Really they've be top draw.

I am a past surf store/surf brand founder/owner (my store was in Australia, primarily windsurf, kitesurfing, SUP and pure surf + accessories). While we ran a successful business, Boardshop was the level of remote on-line sales and customer service that we were aspiring to achieve. I now live on the Isle of Wight and Ian and his team have bridged the solent and created a hassle-free way for me to shop and receive all things surf. My confidence in the products, service, and process leaves me not looking anywhere else in the market for my surfing needs. Well done Boardshop, from someone who knows the complexities within the industry, you have absolutely nailed it.

Went for a part exchange and was really easy! Would do it again.Absolutely straight forward and quick. I received the new board and put the old board in the packaging and sent it back using Parcel Force ( not sure I would use them again though!).

A few days later the agreed price was back in my account. No quibbling. I would definitely recommend or do it again.

Extremely happy with my wet gear, very good company that I will use again. Postage and packaging was very fast so very happy there. I also liked the email follow up, it shows they take an interest in their customers which I find absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much.

Quick & pretty easy.
Unfortunately I never got an answer for a question regarding a product via the contact-us beforehand. So I pulled the trigger without it. Good communication after pulling the trigger, so always knew, where my international parcel was.

I ordered a 6’6” Siren Sailors Ruin board for my daughter, which needed to be shaped to order, the service I received from start to finish was superb! Charlie dealt with my initial order getting all the details down, even my daughter’s name on the bottom of the board, he was faultless! Both Charlie & Ian kept me informed with the progress and when it would be delivered to me. It took a bit longer than normal to shape but it was worth the wait, she was so stoked when she got it! Thanks for all your help Boardshop, I will be ordering again!

Picked up a Lost Lazy Toy 2. Very Average surfer / south coast typically. Took it out in 3-4ft Devon this am. Ian recommended the 6 6. Had a great time, SUPER forgiving board, you can literally be anywhere on it. Had me confident in the surf and actually felt like I could progress on it. Am 5 10 and 91kg. Had it set up as a quad with large Futures F8’s.

Boardshop always replies real fast when you have any questions.
The board was ordered on Thursday morning and was delivered from Uk to Belgium by Monday noon. Great service! Looking forward to test my lazytoy2!!!

No problem with Boardshop (very nice and helpful) but the courier they used (DX) were awful, hence the 3 stars. They did not provide a slot or any useful tracking, so had to take day off work and wait but board did not arrive. No update or apology from DX just an email to say would deliver next day. Boardshop said by noon so arranged for wife to be in. Board eventually delivered 2pm to a random neighbour without even trying our door or putting note through to say where it had been delivered to. Luckily neighbour kindly dropped it off. Have bought several boards from Boardshop but would think twice unless they use a better courier!

Brought a body board for my husband, on recommendation from a friend I emailed the board shop as no idea what I was looking for. The customer service was amazing. The staff were quick to recommend and assist with the purchase. It was refreshing to have such good customer service and you could tell they were passionate about their business
