Bought some North face trousers and then saw the reviews so I wrote to cancel. Have sent 4 emails and no reply and no sign of the trousers. Dreadful how these companies get away with it.

Yet Another SCAM TikTok shop site.
Placed an order and paid for my items.
I received an email with tracking stating my items had been shipped.
When I open the tracking link, I’m directed to a Chinese postal site, that displays ERROR! message.
No way to contact them, and little hope of getting my order.
Note to self and others.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON TIKTOK!!

I ordered a pair of small size North Face trousers. They sent size 2XL ! They will not reply to any emails sent. Do not buy from them!!

I ordered two pair of North face stretch trousers one pair was fine. The other pair said north fade and it was two sizes smaller than I asked if you try and return anything you can’t get in touch with these people. It’s a con keep well away.

Its a con send wrong size and no way to get in touch they don't reply

Last year I bought the neoprene jacket ION Neo top 0,5

In 6 months of effective use, once or twice a week, this ION jacket has lost shape, the cuffs became much larger and the back and front black bands let water enter easily (you can see the light through now).

The seller you-love-it.eu refused to provide a warranty for the poor quality of the product, which costs around €100!

Boards and more, makers of the ION products, justified the seller.

Shame on boardsandmore, careless of their clients, without honesty and commitment to improving quality of their products.

Stay away from this careless company, and buy on Amazon other brands.

This is a SCAM website. I ordered 3 items, only one showed up a month later and terrible quality.

Now they won’t reply to e-mails about return/refunds. Absolute scam it’s disgusting.

I can say that it is a not very serious company, poor quality products. I purchased a premium harness as a dropshipping from Ion, which arrived with an obvious defect. They rejected the claim, the product should be replaced. Result: dissatisfied customer I will never buy ion again
