Amazing service….amazing selection…..my favourite store!
I live not too far away, and always stop in on my way home from shopping in Brighton with my family, as I always find what I want in Ocean Sports.
I tried on a Carhartt Jacket but wasn’t sure on sizing so I left it. I got a Rip Curl and a vans t shirt ready for the summer instead. I was kicking myself for a few days regarding the Carhartt Jacket, so contacted them through the online chat…..I got a response within minutes informing me that Carhartt were actually out of stock of my size.
I chanced it and returned the next day to purchase the jacket along with a jumper and a belt! I was tempted by a lot more but rained back the spending as it is the end of the month 😂…..the selection in store is amazing, so if you are nearby get down there!
The customer service is amazing, so ignore the 1 star reviews! You can’t please everyone guys, so keep doing what you do….i will continue to be a customer for as long as your store is there!
