I bought Dice Realms. Like others here I had never heard of this shop so had to check it was not a scam site before buying. My experience was great, It was a very good price and dispatched the same day and the game was well packaged. I put a mistake is my email address when I purchased it so I had to message them to get another purchase receipt and for the tracking number - and they replied immediately with the information, so excellent customer service.
Just good on all fronts, and I see from the internet that it's a small business too, so that's nice.

My girlfriend queried about a board game in stock to confirm it was indeed the Kickstarter Edition with all the wooden pieces etc, within 5 minutes (seriously!) of sending the query she got a response from Chris, talk about speedy communication! He was very professional and answered all the questions she had. Even though she had not heard of BoardGame Nation, the fast and helpful response gave her the confidence to give them a try and immediately bought the game, Critter Kitchen Deluxe KS.

It was posted the SAME DAY. The package arrived absolutely no problems, it was very well packaged, not excessive but enough to keep the game safe which we were very pleased with as sometimes games can be sent with minimal packaging and come dented.

Then to learn it is a 1 man run business is amazing, we will be telling our board game friends and community about BoardGame Nation and will highly recommend them and we shall definitely purchase from them again.

I’ve been buying games from sellers throughout the UK and across the world for decades now, so I tend to be a bit sceptical when I come across a firm I haven’t previously heard of. But I’m so glad I gave Chris and BGN the benefit of the doubt. Striving to offer deluxe and collector options for gaming enthusiasts, the BGN site is such a fresh option for any keen gamer or buyer.
I placed my first order late on the Friday night and it was here on the Tuesday. Communications were friendly, helpful and informative and the service was extremely efficient. I will definitely be buying from BGN again many times in the future I reckon.

Great service and communication. Chris was very helpful and responded quickly to a question I had about the game I was buying. It was despatched the very next day and arrived within two days of placing the order. I hadn't come across this site before but I'm glad I gave it a go and would definitely buy from here again.

I was looking for Cascadia when most others were sold out and came across this site. I was a bit skeptical as I hadn’t heard of them before but after seeing their Instagram and social media I took a punt. I’m so glad I did! Delivery was fast and with DPD. Package was secure and un-damaged. Also free delivery! Will definitely be using again for board game purchases.

Only place I could find who had this game in stock (Taxi Derby collectors edition) ordered late Saturday night, and in my hands Tuesday morning. Great service and well packaged. Many thanks

Looked for the cheapest price for Pandemic. BoardGame Nation was £1 more than Amazon but had read stories about some Amazon boardgames being fakes so supported BGN instead (also wanted to support smaller retailers). Was not disappointed. Will certainly use again. Keep up the great work.

Quick and had the game in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Ordered late on a Saturday night, received DPD next day tracking first thing Monday morning and game arrived next day, very well packaged. Good price for the bundle I wanted as well (about 20% cheaper than buying the game and expansion separately anywhere else) Would definitely use again.
