Warranty replacement was fast and seamless!

Bought the item as a Christmas gift for one of my son's. It came quickly and well packaged

Good company and good products but after using the terp pen xl It was making me sick turns out that the rubber gasket they use for the cap to put the concentrate was heating up whenever I was taking hits I was getting really weird vapor taste then I smell the cap and smells really rubbery I took it off to smell it and sure enough it smelled like burnt rubber if your gonna use the terp pen xl I recommend you take it off this is a big problem and believe it's something they missed when making this product

My terp pen stopped working, but Boundless had a new one in my mailbox in less than a week's time. Their customer service was quick and easy to deal with. This is not my first time dealing with them, but the experience is consistently positive, pretty much flawless!

I must say I was very excited to finally find a pen size device that I could use with my concentrate. But reality soon set in.

The battery will last you approximately one evening.
Plugs up on first use. So sad!

If reviews were based on ease of use and portability you would love this device. However, if you were hoping to inhale your concentrate you might want to select another device.

If the inhale component battery cover was larger in diameter this thing would work like a charm.

Hi bought my vaporizer from another site and it arrived dead upon arrival. I figured it would be a huge hassle getting it replaced under warranty. I contacted Boundless and within an hour I had a tracking number for ny replacement which was delivered the following day. Impeccable customer service in an industry where it is normally non existent. Thank you Boundless.

Delivery was very fast but unfortunately the pen doesn't seem to work very well. It just barely starts to grab up the concentrate before it shuts off. I maybe need to practice? I had a friend get one and hers worked great. Mine isn't even close.

I’ve bought a few products from Boundless and I have always been happy but this purchase has changed that.
I bought the CFV because it went on sale. Boy, I’m glad I didn’t pay full price or I’d be even more upset.
So, I received it sooner than expected and I was super excited to try it out. I open the box and go to turn it on and nothing happens. I figured it needed to be charged. I charged it. Kept my eye on it closely because I was excited to try it. Ok. It says it’s fully charged. Load herb. Turn on. I have it set at 365 degrees. I take a long draw and nothing. No vapor. Then I look at the battery icon and it says the battery is now only 1/2 full. Wth. After one draw??!! So I turn up the heat to 416 and try another draw. Nothing. And now the temperature is going down?? And then it shut off. I tried turning it back on and guess what. No battery. I read reviews that said the battery life was horrible but surely not THIS bad?!
So, I’m charging it again. Maybe it will work. I’m super disappointed. I was so excited to get a new vape. But I am super unhappy.

I received my terp penXL on Friday the 29 of October, pulled it out of the box and charged it, once charged I was only able to take about 3 hits before the red light started blinking at me. Thinking that it might be a malfunctioning coil I proceeded to swap it out for a new one, as I was doing this the pen to change voltage settings on its own. After changing the settings back to my preference and recharging the pen I tired it again, getting the same result.
