The worst experience I ever had with a…

The worst experience I ever had with a car leasing. Over charged close to 10000 SEK and refuse to handle my claim when I complain. Instead, they sent the invoice to a collector.

Stay away. Seriously. It doesn't get worst than BMW.

terrible after sales service from…

terrible after sales service from dealer. even after purchasing 2 cars!!
original salesman no longer with the dealership so dealership refuted promises made by the salesman.
issues from time of deliver
high end marque- low end service

Avoid them

Got a new company car partly financed by bmw financial services. We didn't get the invoices for the monthtly terms for three months and kept asking for it. Suddenly a textmessage from some 'lady' of Stockholms Exekutionsservice asking the car back. No letters, no termination of contract nothing. Asked for information but nobody replied. Involved a lawyer and he was also not informed back. This is the worst service I ever experienced. Even letters to the managing director were ignored. Bmw is really really bad, don't be involved with them as it gives you a lot of frustration

Bad service if BMW Sweden

On a vacation trip to Stockholm the low beam xenon light of my BMW 320d failed. Contacted BMW and explained the problem. They said they would have a local BMW workshop ringing me up. They never did. So we drove the hole way back to Denmark with only one light beam functioning. Security, professionalism, and keeping words is apperently not a thing for BMW. Newer again will I use BMW authorized workshops.

No responsibility for cars and…

No responsibility for cars and complains around the car dealers. I dont really uderstand why BMW has customer service if they cant do anything? Waste of time to contact them.

Terrible!

Hello!
My BMW 850 Ci 1991 had problem with wipers so I went to Bavaria Östersund here in Sweden. A man in the reception checked it. He connected a computer but had no connection. He grab the wiper and tried to move it! He then made some connections. He went back to the receptioion to check some? When we came back to the car it came smoke from the rear of the engine compartment and he said- Lucky we came now and not later. He then said a mechanic must look. Later I came back and he checked it and said he needed info from BMW central. After two weeks they said they can´t fix it. I said I think something is more faulty now after the smoke, but they refuse to admit that.
That is very very bad client policy!

Avoid!!

Very bad customer service.. very bad service in all Malmö and when calling BMW Sweden customer support. No follow up, several mistakes , no compensation - very bad!! I will definitely go another high end brand like Audi or Mercedes.
