The gentleman called Nilann from B&M store in Bognor #bognorregis helped me take my garden furniture into my car without any hesitation. I was anxious about shopping for such a large item as I was not sure if I would have gotten the help I needed, on time . But this gentlemen quickly assisted me. I will definitely go back to this store.

I recently had a problem with an item I’d purchased but couldn’t find my receipt, I spoke to Lisa on the phone at customer services and she was absolutely delightful and so helpful. She patiently went through all my card transactions , then a different card because I couldn’t remember how I’d paid. We found the correct one and Lisa sent it straight over to me by email and explained what I needed to do. Not only was she professional and helpful but so friendly and cheerful. It really made me feel happy to chat with her when I genuinely did not expect a positive outcome !

I can't thank the staff team enough for their care and support they gave to me when I suddenly fell in the store.
They immediately assisted me into a safe position and called the ambulance service.
A member of staff stayed by my side another out at the car park to await for the ambulance to arrive.
I was kindly supported for "over an hour" before being taken to A&E.
The staff team all gave me their time and support above and beyond!!!

I was wrongly accused of shoplifting and aggressively stopped by a staff member called Eve in front of other customers and my one-year-old child.
The situation was humiliating, intimidating, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional.
This is a formal and serious complaint, and I have already raised it online. I am also considering further action due to how serious this incident was and the way it was handled.
I am sharing this so others are aware and do not experience the same treatment at this store.
The staff involved clearly need serious training in how to deal with customers appropriately and how to handle situations without making false accusations or causing public embarrassment.

B&M stores. I began a chat with a lovely lady called Jane. I was so impressed she was a human and not a bot. Extremely rare these days. I am disabled and find it difficult to get to the big stores. Jane took my number and phoned me. I was interested in a dog memorial for my garden. She checked if it was in stock at any of the stores near me. That saved me a lot of travel on buses to see if I could find one. Jane was very pleasant and helpful. 10/10. I cannot say enough good things about her. Thankyou so much Jane. This lady is the epitome of what customer service is all about. Many companies could do with a clone of her.

I had a parking fine from a company that runs the B&M parking in Braintree. I overstayed even though I had used the shop. After I received a penalty notice, I contacted B&M and, within 2 days, it had been cancelled . Good stuff

We recently bought a cot bed from one of the B&M stores which unfortunately had some issues with it after 3 days. We didn’t have a receipt however upon calling the customer service team and speaking to a lovely women called Jane. She was able to send me a copy of my receipt by tracing the time and date of my purchase. I am now able to return my item. Jane was even able to guide me through my Apple wallet as I was unaware the cards link to Apple Pay have different cvc numbers which is why mine wasn’t initially showing up after multiple attempts.

I purchased a Rolson grow house for my tomato plants and after a couple of weeks, a split appeared in the covering where it was joined to the zip. It was only a couple of inches and as I had already put my plants in it, I decided it could still be used. However it split more over the next week or so and another split aappeared along the opposite zip.
I decided to ask for a replacement or a refund but it was beyond the 31 days allowed and as it had been erected and taking it down would put my plants at risk, I took photos of the damage along with a photo of the receipt and emailed them to customer services to ask if they could help by issuing a refund or credit note.
They replied telling me to return it to the store as they were unable to raise a refund. I explained why I couldnt take the item back. They replied telling me again to return the item to the store and again I explained why I couldn't.
They emailed again explaining they didn't have the facility to raise a refund snd to return it to the store. I explained a 3rd time why that was difficult and asked if they could email me authorising the store to issue a refund without me having to dismantle the product and putting my plants at risk.
They completely ignored me and I never received a reply.
I've now bought a replacement from elsewhere, which I'll transfer the plants to enabling me to return the damaged grow house and hope I'll get a refund as its now over 31 days.
B&M customer services is a joke, proved to be totally unhelpful and useless and the Rolson grow house is not fit for purpose.
B&M have replied to my review with an unhelpful and useless answer. You couldn't make it up
