LIES, Never get back to you, couldnt even do the job i ask them to do, poor poor poor service, women on reception was so rude, no people skills at all and didnt have a clue what was going on, my car was off the road for 2 weeks, 2 weeks wasted on them.
dont use this company !!!!!

I bought a mini from this company in November 2025 and what a great company to buy from ! No problems with the car at all.
After sales service has been fantastic. I have mainly dealt with Ray and he is so helpful. I would 1000% recommend this company !

Had problems with my footwell module these guys sorted it out for me they where very professional and quick and a pleasure to deal with will definitely use again in the future thanks guys

we had so much help and support for our dead R57 footwell module, not only in fast fix to the module itself, but the follow on support when we had issues with refitting and testing,

so thank you guys absolutely brilliant, just wish you were closer to the south east

We have visited on several occasions and have purchased a mini from BMS.
The aftercare has been exceptional, any problems have been dealt with quickly and professionally, even after owning the vehicle a couple of years they are always happy to help.

Hey needed a abs pump asap Saturday 3pm… Phoned up BMS…. Ray was the only man on site he stayed back until he had me the right part ( had to take it off one in stock) pulled out all the stops! Advised me when fitted the brakes would work fine ….but bring it back any time the following week and they would stop what they were doing and reprogram it straight away! And they did including the part and programmed for £90 great value and supportive and great service thanks (ps most abs pumps on eBay cost £80 to 120 without programming in ) thanks Ray and Danny !!!!

Very plzed with they sorted my 2013 countryman.. new fuse box was corroded n replace .. few wks later car was back in for seats out n carpet to sort out leak .. fingers crossed it all sorted n now more leaks .. new carpet fitted .. top quality serviced..
Took partners bmw 318 convertible in sorted out few issues n service .. no complaints at all ..

Contacted BMS when the car developed multiple electrical faults after changing the battery. Battery programmed to the car for the Intelligent Battery System and the fault codes cleared from the module, refitted to the vehicle and works perfectly.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, hospitable staff. I would recommend and use again.

Phoned and spoke to ray about sending a mini window module for repair sent it Monday was phoned Tuesday stating it was sorted received it back Wednesday super fast turnaround one very happy customer. That impressed sent another one today for the same repair would recommend anytime.

Hi these Guys cannot do enough to help had a troubled Mini Coupe Cooper S needed a new Thermostat Plugs and Extensive Electric Diagnosis Fixed and Communcated with J17 in Peterborough who I had just bought it from,removing my worry and anxiety, you deserve more then five stars thank you and Merry Christmas 🎄

I ordered a Mini front grill for £44 from BMS Direct and after 3 weeks have still not received the grill. I’ve contacted BMS Direct 3 times and asked for update and tracking number, but have still not received any reply. If you are thinking of buying from this company then don’t. From my research this type of communication and customer service is common from this company.

21/06/23 Just wanted to update my experience with BMS Direct. I've now received a full refund of my £44 from the company, but still had no direct communication from them, just a email from Paypal about the refund. I believe they are a legitimate company, but they need to improve their communication with their customers.

Called today and spoke to a very rude and unhelpful male staff member. Utterly disgusting telephone manner - told me the policy on sale of wing mirror covers had changed on Friday (the day after I’d been quoted for that particular part).

I ordered two rear lights from BMS Direct on 24th November. They phoned me the next day to tell me these lights were out of stock, despite showing as available on their website, and they would issue me a refund. No refund was ever given and I received no replies to any messages either.
Thankfully PayPal have just issued me a refund, nearly two months later. There are plenty of other good reviews for BMS and lots of previously satisfied customers, but unfortunately the service I have received has been dreadful so I certainly won't be ordering from BMS Direct again.

Hi my name is Sam & i am very happy with the service i have received with BMS Direct Ltd. I wanted a complete wiring loom for a Nissan Navara & they had exactly what i wanted they were able to tick all the boxes. They have a very excellent customer service team, they are very helpful, very knowledgeable & highly efficient. Ray was very helpful i was able to get the correct part i was looking for.

As a new owner to a used cooper s, I know of issues that if premted are less costly than waiting for failure then repair. I found bms to be fair in pricing, excellent in customer service and completely transparent. I have more work to do on my mini and will not hesitate to use bms in the future. C Stevenson.

I've used BMS quite a few times now for various servicing and parts supply/fit jobs and they always do a fantastic job with excellent customer service. They've never yet not had the part in stock and always get things done quickly, nothing is too much trouble. Lucky to have such an honest mini garage so nearby. Would definitely recommend!

BMS is a fantastic company. Spent time to find me a car that I wanted and that I could afford. They even loaned me a mini while I was waiting. A huge thank you to Ray. A lovely friendly bunch of people.
