This is company is a fraud

This is company is a fraud, pure & simple. I cannot believe a reputable company like Klarna co-operates with them - shame on Klarna too. Ordered a dress, took 6 weeks for a piece crumbled cloth to arrive packed like a piece of garbage it was. Sent it back & had to pay another €20 for return 2 months ago. No money back, no contact, non-existent customer service or contact. KvK registered?!? They do not deserve even 1 star here. The below ‘let BMP BNL know you wrote this review is also a joke - as if anybody there cares.
