None payers for services rendered.
I am a plumber. Bml group phoned my company and asked if we could go to an emergency job for them in dover Kent.
We agreed a rate, lesser then my normal call out. They told me it 30 days payment term, I agreed to this.
Well 30 days past and nothing. I contacted them with no response. 60 days approached with me phoning every week being told I was on the next payment list. Then 90 days. I left a Google review. The phoned me the next day asking me to remove the late payment fees for failure to pay, and to resend the invoice. Saying it didn't have there full address. Saying thats why it wasn't paid. I said we'll then someone should have phoned me. But you didn't.
So I agreed and resent invoice.
They then emailed me asking me to remove my google review in exchange for my invoice to be paid.
Basically saying they will pay me if I remove my review. 4 weeks on and still no payment.

We recently faced an emergency situation when one of our pumps failed, leaving the site without water. Alex was outstanding he arranged for an engineer to be on-site within just three hours. The engineer quickly assessed the issue and let me know that a specialist would be required, who was booked for the same evening.

When the specialist arrived, access to the plant room was blocked due to scaffolding that had shifted, which was completely out of our control. He documented the issue that night and returned the following day to complete a temporary fix on one of the pumps.

Throughout the entire process, Alex kept me fully informed and handled everything efficiently and professionally. Excellent service in a stressful situation highly recommended!
