The product is good, seems sturdy and quite easy to put together. Delivery was not good, 4 hours late! Please don't give a time slot if it is not going to be kept to. No apology for the lateness and no update other than having to track the delivery. Ended up waiting in for ages on a bank holiday which we would have happily gone out and got back for when it was delivered at 6.30 in the evening.

delivered without hinges, so unable to attach the door. Been emailing and ringing customer services... Noone helping, instead I'm past from pillar to post... Ridiculous service. Wish I had not purchased the forest shed. Very flimsy, doubt it will last long... No door hung so open to elements! Do not buy!!

Took delivery of three 'Forest Caledonian Trough Raised Bed 5'11x1'6 (1.8x0.45m)' two weeks ago, and attempted to construct them today. They are having a laugh. Several hundred pounds price tag, and the workmanship is dire. 20 simple lap joints per planter, and at least half were wrongly measured/cut - several had non 90 degree angles - so that planks that were supposed to be level were up to10mm out of line. This is from simple lap joints remember!
Just who do they employ to cut the wood in their kits? AVOID.

We recently ordered a summer house from this company as we had found that it was the exact same item being sold from another company but a bit cheaper. The delivery service was great and the man who delivered the item was very helpful chatty and friendly, his job was just to unload the wagon and deliver. Unfortunately it came to light that there were very poor set of instructions for the assembly of this summer house and many parts to make out where they are meant to go. This slowed down the job a great deal. It became apparent that we seemed to have mixed parts for different sizes of summer houses. Luckily we had extra parts or parts we could not work out from poor instructions where they went. Then it came apparent that three window pains were missing. We quickly rang up the company and told them the situation. They said they will send the missing parts in the next seven days. We waited and eventually we received a folded up package of what was a pice of cardboard with one broken window pain in it. It was no use for nothing. Now we are struggling to get back in contact with them and it’s going to cost us £100 to go find our own replacement window pains that we will then have to get cut to size at more expense if this company can’t get back to us with what we need. It’s a great shame. It seems these summer houses are the seconds from another better quality company. Many parts are warped and badly cut or not cut correctly. I do admit if you are good at woodwork then you can modify parts to build a summer house from the parts they send you to a point.

Brilliant service. Bought slatted trellis. It was good quality and just what we wanted. Ordering and delivery was perfect.

Bought one of the wooden sheds and honestly wish I’d opted for a cheaper metal shed from another company.

The wood is so cheap it’s unbelievable. I’ve had it less than a year and there are gaps all over where the wood slats have shrunk. The gaps are that wide I’ve had to use expanding foam to fill them as they were too big for silicone.

I thought for the money I paid I’d be getting a half decent shed but I doubt this one will last very long.

The materials are just so cheap and the instructions were abysmal.

Definitely not a shed to secure any expensive tools in as a child could pull the doors off with a large screwdriver.

I’ve actually had to re-enforce the doors and the inside panels and roof beams with extra (good quality) wood.

You’d be better off buying shed panels from one of the big hardware chains and making your own shed. At least then you know you’re getting decent timber.

Steer well clear. My advice would be to either buy a cheaper metal shed or save up for a shed from a reputable shed company.

Purchased a garden shed, didn't know B&M did them online, but in for a penny etc. Easy ordering and looks like a fairly straightforward process and earlyish delivery date, we have an order confirmation so we wait and see if it all goes ahead as efficiently as the ordering was. Part 2 to follow once delivery happens.

I was excited to receive this shed, the Item in question was a 7’ x 7’ Forest 4Life. The delivery was smooth and on time, so no issues there. However, things quickly went wrong when I started assembling it. The instructions were confusing, and there were no labels to identify the parts. Additionally, the material sizes were incorrect, so the roof didn’t fit together as it should have. It was a very disappointing experience, and I wasted £530.

Simple to use for ordering and checking out. Also I was able to order a single fence panel whereas other companies would only deliver with a minimum order of 3 panels.

Using my phone, found it hard to switch back to site from checking calendar but using apple pay makes check out easier
Let's hope quality of product lives up to its claims!

The whole process was easy but once product arrived it was awful, so flimsy and just feels like it's going to break. Won't purchase a shed from here again!
