What is making my experience with BMD Archives five-star is the enormous courtesy and consideration given to customers. It is very difficult to find in other commercial enterprises. Sally and her team are brilliant. They reply to emails quickly and efficiently, they respond patiently to endless questions. And their searches find what you want. Thank you, thank you.....

When I first got in touch withBMD they were very respectful of my request .
They kept in contact with me all the way through my case , very quick results informed me with the progress,and then 2 weeks later they had resolved my case and my paperwork was sent to me . Absolutely amazing outcome very professional and very respectful would advise anyone to use them thank you very much

I requested my Mother’s Birth Certificate. She was born in Yorkshire and moved to Canada as a war bride in 1946.
Having her birth certificate might help her grandchildren obtain a visa to enter Great Britain.
The BMDArchive service was efficient and promot. I received the certificate within two weeks.
Very impressive organization.

The people I dealt with in this organization where polite, cooperative & proactive in ensuring that my father's birth certificate was sent directly to Her Majesties Passport Office to facilatate the granting of a British passport to myself. As I live in NZ it is time consuming & expensive to send legal documents between these two countries.

Because we were not fully informed of the need for us to have a British passport in addition to our NZ ones until just 7 days before we had planned to fly to London & spend 2 months in the UK, time is of the essence! A wait of 5 days(at least)to receive the birth certificate and then another 5 days to send it back to the UK would have added an uneccesary 10 days to the Passport application process and further impacted our need to cancel numerous bookings(some unrefundable!)

Excellent service and super quick delivery. I ordered one certificate and it arrived 2 days later. They kept me up to date with every step of the progress., and both certificates are excellent quality. I am extremely happy with this service.

The system was relatively easy to use, although it did take a while to get to grips with the free look up site. That done it was easy to order the certificates. If they had been a bit cheaper I would probably have ordered more for me and my husbands ancestors.
The certificates arrived with the timescale mentioned.

I had misplaced my original birth certificate and anticipated a long drawn out process to replace it.
I was thrilled with the website and ease of use and then the ongoing communication from Sally James.
I received a replacement within 1 week. Sally followed up to ensure I received the document.
Couldn't be more pleased with the entire process

I needed to prove to Facebook that I'm indeed me - my a/c seemed to have been hacked so they took it down.
I could provide FB with my driver's licence but couldn't find my birth certificate (which I'd cunningly filed under B, except I don't appear to have kept the file!).
BMD Archives came to my rescue efficiently, very quickly and meticulously. Thank you so much. (I now have to find an even more cunning place to file the certificate!)

If one IS not looking for speedy service then this option may be for you.Specially say that the services are really expensive. They have delivered the document after more than three and half months what supposed to be express service that I paid for of 6 weeks.Its good option if you dont have anyone in the UK and you need a document but not necessary in a hurry.Sally was very professional and friendly at all times however had to be me Who was chasing the progress all the time.

I needed my birth certificate in a hurry and this company did not disappoint. Fast efficient and an excellent service I highly recommend them at the moment they offer a half price service so I had an overall great service!

Sally James was amazing! She kept me upto date with the whole process, I genuinely felt like she cared regarding my concerns and urgency and actively action accordingly to expedite the process!
