I encountered Blue Moon through HP. I was transfered by HP to Blue Moon although I was not informed that I would be dealing with another organization. The experience was acceptable in the beginning and then it turned ugly. The person who I worked with left many items on my desktop that I cannot delete and it appears that the access was left open. I have corrected all of that and yet find it unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
