It's a reprint, the job was well done and fast.

The only thing missing from getting the 5th star is if we have the choice of the courrier (personnaly I would take Canada Post, because where I live they are the most efficient ! ).

This (Benning on Empty) was a gift. It arrived ahead of schedule, so before the birthday. I don't know the quality as it was delivered to a different city

Great service! I have printed many books with Blurb. I only had a problem with one, and the issue was dealt with immediately. Love the quality!

Everything turned out great except for the image that was supposed to be on the outer binding bled onto the cover. Nonetheless, the quality of the print is perfect!

There were a few parts of building the books - like adding more pages, page numbering etc that were not straightforward or easily fixed. But, in the end, the printed product is very good and I was about 96% pleased with the final product. The unit cost was very good, but shipping was expensive.

My books are for personal enjoyment only. Blurb books are well constructed and very quickly done.
This year I tried to republish a book I had written 12 years ago. I got help from the helpline and had the book reprinted. Unfortunately the instructions to do some editing to bring the book up to date were far too complex.

I have used Blurb for several years now and have created several photo books, including one a year for each of my four grandchildren. I suspect there are ‘faster’ tools as I take time to select photos and reject auto fill, preferring to be in control of the page layout. Typing captions is sometimes a challenge as the system gets ‘finicky’ and has a mind of its own. I stay with Blurb because I like consistency and want my grandchildren to have a ‘set’ of books when they graduate high school. I do find the books expensive and typically wait for a promotional sale before I send my books for publishing.

Prompt processing of my order with efficient and timely delivery. Very pleasedwith the quality of printing and photo reproduction. It made the whole project attractive and professional.

You have made my Blue Vase Obsession book quite a few times and always they have been excellent. On this last order the cover was printed dark, so dark that it printed as a purple vase instead of a blue. Normally, I would let that go, but the book title is BLUE VASE, not purple vase. I will have to sell them at a reduced rate - at a loss. I wrote you last week to explain my situation and asked for a discount but I have not received a response yet.

I received excellent help from the technical support when I had trouble choosing soft cover. All the pages in the book were true to colour but the front cover was a misprint this time!

grey end sheets. Paid for Charcoal. No point in returning my books, but was not what I ordered.

My photo album was damaged by the UPS delivery and Blurp is replacing free of charge, once I provided photos of the packaging and album, much appreciated:)
