I have been using Blurb for about 15 years, and have never been disappointed. I refer many people to this photo book service.

I have ordered over 70 books from Blurb over the years and they have always been excellent. The latest book was delivered on time and the print quality was exceptional.

I have recently produced 3 photo books of trips I have taken in the past. I was pleased with the price and quality of the books. They arrived within 2-3 weeks which was also a pleasant surprise. I have since started another and have referred your company to my friends.

I have been making photo family year book for years using booksmart thru Blurb. They are an excellent product and I find the work layout to be user friendly. I have been able to share this experience with someone with limited access to produce a lovely photo book that he has been very involved with just didn’t actually do the setup himself! There is a learning curve to it but very doable!

I ordered three different photo books from Blurb. When they came in I noticed that there were a couple printing defects in each book. I have ordered books from Blurb a few times before and it was the first time this happened.
I took photos of the defects and emailed them to customer service who immediately agreed it was their fault and sent me another copy of the books, no charge.
I just got the new books and they are perfect! Thank you!

Came in good time, but a corner of one of the books was bent, not enough to return though since this is a copy for proofreading.

I've done a huge amount of Blurb books, and the quality has always been incredible - until now. I did a layflat book and the cover was slightly defective, the paper is so porous that the photos all seem darker, and for the first time ever, when the book came to my door, I had to pay $30 tariff, which has never, ever happened before (I'm in Canada, but was using the blurb Canada site as per usual).

Blurb is fantastic and does a great job in producing my books. But they also provide excellent support for issues that have come up in the past - none this time that I am aware of as the book was a gift. Problem are few and far between.

I have and will be a Blurb customer always, keep up the great work.

The quality of the books are fabulous and they print them and ship them so fast. I will continue to get them to make all my books.

When I ordered my first book to see how it looked after printing, I was well pleased! So, then I ordered 10 books (my recent order) hoping to sell or interest two local businesses. I was very disappointed with the 2nd printing! The colour of title was not the same colour (2-3 shades darker) as the original first printing and all the photos were darker as well.(loosing out details that were now in shadows.Now,I am afraid to order anymore.
The company has since replied to me and reprinted my order free of charge!

Fantastic! Last Monday, from an island off Canada's west coast, I ordered a copy of my book to be printed and sent to Holland. It arrived Friday! Simply amazing. And of course, it looks great, as always. Thanks, Blurb...you're the best!

Service was excellent and product was decent. Was just hoping for a little better colour reproduction and print resolution. Hopefully this will be improved over time by Blurb.

I have used blurb for years to create coffee table photo books of my travels. The software is relatively easy to use but could use some tweaks to make it much easier to use when using manual mode. For example, it should include an ability to create collages. Also spell check is very inefficient: One is constantly having to cancel the process and go back to verify words in project when it should easily be coordinated in real time with the page in which the word or error was found. Overall the quality of the printing and the book itself is excellent. I live in Canada and would prefer shipping by air rather than land transport since shipping is from NW USA and I live in Toronto and turn around time should be shorter IMHO.

I've made 7 books with Blurb and the production process has been perfect for all of them and the results excellent. Recently I made my first wall art. It was super easy and the photo, printed on acrylic looks spectacular!
