I find editing and formatting once I am trying to assemble the book within Blurb is a challenge. Placement of text and photos is sometimes tricky although there are many options for page layout. The program does provide warnings if photos not good resolution or text is misplaced. The quality of the final product is excellent although maybe a bit pricey.

Advice provided was very helpful and delivery of book was incredibly quick given all the shipping hassles world wide

I thank the Blurb website everyday for making available programs like BookWright. I was able to make six different books of my grandchildren and their journey from a newborn to adult. I made copies for their parents and of course for myself. It was easy to manipulate and I had fun reminiscing their lives. My biggest surprise was how quickly Blurb had them all printed and delivered safely. I’m 81 and I didn’t think I could ever accomplish this, now I can enjoy seeing their photo immediately without having to hunt for the photos in shoeboxes. Thank you so much.

The books were wonderful. The only problem in my two shipments, one side was dented by the shipper, so should have had an extra piece of cardboard inside opposite the one in the cellophane packaging…as extra security….so one on each side of the books. The shipping dent did create a dent on the outside book.

I have used Blurb over the last seven years to produce mostly limited distribution, graphics-heavy books of family stories to supplement the more formal genealogical research another family member is doing. Even the lowest-cost Blurb options result in beautiful colour reproduction and durable binding - in other words, long-lasting memories on paper.

I find working with Blurb easy and I make great books from my travels

Unfortunately these replacement magazines have the same damage as the ones they were replacing.

Its a beautiful product but very expensive, i don't think i’d buy another one

I made this album as a gift and it was really amazing to see the face of the person it had been made for. It is a great way to keep souvenirs.

I had a hard time navigating your web pages when I wanted to make an ebook. When I ordered, I felt the advertising for shipping was misleading. I sent an email and I just got a canned response. I was disappointed. Shutterfly has never done that to me. I needed help creating an ebook and when Jennifer couldn't (wouldn't?) Answer questions anymore, she disconnected chat. Thankfully, when I went back in, I received help from a wonderful young man. At least there was that positive part. I'm honestly not sure I want to use your service. The product is nice albeit a bit too pricey for the size.

Service was great and the mini photo book of our vacation turned out beautiful and was delivered quickly. I made it through the phone app which worked well. I’m not leaving 5 stars only because I wish they had Font options for the cover of the mini photo book and I also wish they had layout options, currently it’s only Arial for the front and only 1 pic per page. Other apps I’ve used before had more options.

I would give you no stars for the delivery service you used. The package was delivered to seldom used door and sat out in the elements through 1 major snowstorm and 2 heavy rainfalls. The book is sodden and pages stick together - or is this a way of getting me to buy another book?

Never received my order. Sent to wrong address. Address was corrected through tracking number. Still never received it.

A great experience. Prior to sending in my book a service rep communicated with me to assure me that my book should print the way I was hoping.
It arrived in a timely manner. When I expressed concerns that the cover was not done quite right and might be very vulnerable to wear and tear they arranged to send another copy that was great.
Wonderful service!

One out of 2 flat books came in broken. The inside was tilted compared to the cover when opened.

I sent photos to Blurb and they reacted promptly and replace the defective book quickly! I’ve always been satisfied with the product, but now i’m also very satisfied with the customer support!
