Wow, where do I begin….. after a few years of debating whether to buy a hot tub we decided to take the plunge and take advantage of an offer at our local Costco who sell Blue Whale Spas. Within 48 hours of placing the order I had a call from Andrew Brunton explaining he had our order and looked forward to booking in a delivery date within a few weeks.
Our access to the garden is not easy and has two levels compounded with the ideal place for the hot tub to be as being sunken into the ground (formerly a fire pit) Andrew assured us that as long as we prepared a clear route then the delivery team would do their best to accommodate.
All during the process we were sent various emails explaining the process and video links to get ourselves prepared.
Day of delivery - we live in Glasgow and after a long drive as well as installing another hot tub prior to ours came the happiest install team in Trymore and Edmores. They set to work surveying the delivery and after much struggle and engineering feats had the tub in place. All along the way Trymore covered off what he was doing and then gave us an overview of the features and what to do next.
In summary we would highly recommend the team at Blue Whale Spa as the service was excellent and they will do whatever is needed to meet and exceed your expectations , Thank You !

We saw the hot tub online but wanted to speak to someone about it. From our initial enquiry Andrew Brunton and the Blue Whale spa team gave us all the information needed and exceptional service. We had to arrange a crane to lift our tub in and the Blue Whale installation team liaised with them on the day to make the whole process seamless. They were informative, polite and professional. We had all our questions answered before they left. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We are now enjoying the benefits of our Princeton 3 hot tub. They also provide a great after sales service with easy to follow videos that assist with anything you need to know about the set up or running of the tub. Thank you Andrew and Blue Whale Spas!

Great Quality Hot Tub, Installation and Customer Sevice absolutely faultless.

The showroom is amazing, never knew they had so much on display. Hotubs galore, the team where spot on, Fiona helped us a lot , before we knew it our tub arrived, installed and up and running, hence we were very happy, would recommend a visit, they know their stuff. We had ours on credit terms, easy to do in no time at all. Two very happy customers 😀

I spoke with Andrew Brunton who was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. He organised a quick delivery date which was very much appreciated, especially by our two kids who have been in it ever since!
The after service has been great - any issues or questions have been dealt with swiftly and have given us total reassurance.

Great Experience dealing with Fiona and the initial sale.
Delivery was smooth.
Slight issue with a leak, however they have arranged for an engineer visit to solve this.

Honestly I should have ordered this spa years ago

As far as I can tell running daily costs seem to be relatively low But as you would expect when you are in the spa with all jet running it pull more power

Maintenance is easy
I check chemical level about once a week.
I have only just replaced The filter cartridge
After 6 months it was still clean and did not really need changing

I found the company by google search, the reviews were good, so after browsing several other websites I went back to BWS and gave them a call, Andrew answered my call and talked me through everything, no pushy sales just good professional advice! The purchase was made and delivery team came on the agreed date, they installed my hot tub and was professional clean and tidy, no complaints!

A fantastic 5 seater hot tub (Noble Bay III) and just unbelievable pre and post delivery customer service. An impulse purchase (via Costco) but I couldn’t be more satisfied with my Blue Whale Spa experience. A particular shout-out for James (in customer services) whose knowledge, helpfulness and patience is inexhaustible!

The company was recommended by a neighbour so I took the plunge and rang up as being unable to visit the showroom. Spoke with Andrew from start to finish. It was a truly professional experience answering any questions I had and supplying access videos to my property the lads installing were brilliant and everything was spot on. A minor clip issue was even resolved by an engineer the following day. First class service. Thank you all especially Andrew

We contacted blue whale to purchase a hot tub, they asked for videos of the location and access, I sent them two videos which were accurate and nothing hidden. The lady I spoketo f
from sales and she confirmed there were no issues after watching the videos, we then ordered the hot tub, when the guys turned up to deliver the hot tub they took one and some photoes and refused to even try, they claimed that sales do not share the location videos with the delivery team,I would not recommend buying a hot tub from blue whale as sales do not communicate with logistics resulting in my very poor experiance with thjs company

Hi if anyone is thinking of getting a hot tub then today is the day. A friend of mine got one and I called the sales office the same day Andrew brunton salesman was off the chart helpful I had a lot of questions that needed answering like my partner and young daughter was allergic to chlorine so he recommended bromine and which I never knew existed. from the time of him taking my order with a small deposit to to the delivery day was faultless I have always wanted one but was worried we had to use a crane BUT due the the service they offer you , send photos/ videos of the path it has to come through this was not a problem on delivery date Mark and Hussain the delivery guys were respectful and totally professional to my needs and my neighbours concerns I’ve got to say 100% satisfied with the service from them all I will enjoy this hot tub for years to come and so will my kids and friends on party nights. Thanks again Andrew and the team for a great experience.

We phoned Blue Whale Spa, when looking for a Hot tub, as we was recomended by a friend who also has a tub from them. Andrew Brunton took the call and was absolutely amazing, we told him our budget and what we was after out of the tub and within 2 weeks it was in our garden. We've used it pretty much every day and couldnt be happier with it. The informative emails you recieve along the way are so helpfull, from cleaning the filter to full drain and refill, and also little videos to go with them so pretty much foolproof. Would recomend getting the cover lifting arm as makes life so easy and stops cover from getting scratched or dirty.
Customer service has been amazing too, had a few questions and within a few hours they were on the phone talking me thru them.
If your reading this and your in the market for a spa then trust these guys with your money, you wont go wrong. 😁

I cannot Fault my experience with Blue Whale spa!

I began my hot tub search with a local company selling American spas, although nice the dimensions where out of my scope and the price was on a similar ground.

I decided to visit the Blue whale showroom and had quickly received a lot more advice and directed to a hot tub that could successfully be delivered without a hitch for the tight space that I have.

Fiona took over from here and was prompt in dealing with all aspects going forward, she ensured the hot tub will fit, gave solid advice and now we are enjoying our spa!

The quality is on par with the dearer companies and although we had encountered a small glitch Fiona has started the ball rolling with an instant response with regards to getting it sorted.

Cannot recommend Fiona and her team enough!

Love our hot tub from Blue Whale Spa! We called into their showroom to have a look at the hot tubs and Fiona was really helpful in giving us advice and helping us choose the perfect hot tub.

Communication was great all the way through and the installation team (Tony and Lambi) were fantastic overcoming a few challenges delivering it and the pouring rain.
