The whole experience was great from start to finish, from ordering the hot tub to them delivering the whole process was made easy with the professionalism the team showed. Would definitely recommend them for buying a hot tub.

We purchased a Newport Max II Hot Tub

The Spa is excellent, we have purchased from Blue Whale previously at our old house, a Crescent Bay Spa, and returned because of the Excellent product and service.

The delivery by Sorin & H was good as well.

the whole service from start to finish has been brilliant. we dealt with Andrew Brunton who was excellent, super helpful and informative on multiple occasions, he kept us up to date with everything and was happy to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. The delivery / installation team were also outstanding and very helpful, answering all questions regarding filling and adding chemicals for the first time etc. really recommend Blue Whale Spa.

From buying to delivery absolutely amazing company, fiona josephs the sales lady told me absolutely everything i needed to know and kept me upto date with everything before the delivery day,lovely lady.
Trymore and Edmore the delivery guys made light work of installing the tub in its location then told me everything i needed to know about the functions and chemicals to get me up and running, really nice lads.
I will definitely recommend blue whale hot tubs to all my friends, relatives and work colleagues.

Great communication from the start, Andrew Brunton provided excellent assistance in my needs and activated a precious deal to fulfil them. Delivery guys were great and provided guidance on clearances and positioning. Would recommend if your on the fence on who to use, I did this solely online as the showroom is too far from me.

Great service from start to finish, Andrew kept us updated at all times and was happy to answer any questions we had.
The engineers were really professional and friendly, even when working on a cold snowy evening they still spent the extra time to go over everything we had to ask about the hot tub. ( sorry didn’t get their names but thank you again )

I brought a new hot tub though Blue whale spa’s. 1st contact was with Fiona, I sent all the info about access for the tub . She told me that there was enough room and it would fit though. On the day I was anxious as I thought it was all a bit tight. The installers turned up exactly when they said they would. And within 15 minutes had the tub off the van and though into my garden. They listened to my concerns about best way to set up the tub and advised me and its worked out perfectly. The team were Sorin and Martin they were brilliant a credit to the company . Overall my experience has been 💯. Can only recommend from what I’ve seen . Thanks Blue whale. Cheers, Michael

From ordering to installation the process was seamless, I had trouble with access due to the size of the tub I picked, however Fiona was reassuring and offered tubs that would be suitable, and changed this without any fuss. The installation was great, delivered on time on the date stated and installation guys worked well and with ease and a good explanation of starting up and chemical advice. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a hit tub to look no further than blue whale spas!!!

From the first visit to the showroom where we first met Fiona the sales advisor, through the decision making progress, placing the order through to the delivery and installation team of Trymore & Edmore, Blue whale Spa have been a dream to deal with. From polite and easily contactable staff, resolution of site issues and seamless installation, clear use instructions to our first dip. Two very satisfied customers.

Love the hot tub! Better than we imagined and the kids think it’s fantastic. We got the Hawkins Bay. Delivery was challenging as there were steps involved but Zen and Hubert were brilliant and several up for me a gave ad icon how to run it. I dealt with Andrew in sales. Very helpful.

I had such a fantastic experience with Blue Whale Spa from the moment I called them, their team is friendly, attentive and genuinely cared about my needs. We visited the impressive showroom and Andrew Brunton supported us through the whole experience. His knowledge is impressive and he really helped us in choosing the right hot tub for us. Delivery and installation was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the friendly delivery guys. We have been very happy with our Crescent Bay Deluxe hot tub and would definitely buy again from Blue Whale Spa, they come highly recommended from us.

Was a big purchase for us and I was a bit overwhelmed by the choices of where to purchase.
I started a what’s app chat with Fiona at blue whale spa and then followed up with a call. She was great and talked me through the different options and types. We took delivery of our new hot tub the following Friday.
