Has every service required to run a small business.

Bluevine closed my business account right after it received a legitimate payment, blocked my access to the remaining $2,404.94, and has still not provided a real solution for returning my money.
Instead of resolving the issue, they cut off access to my funds. If Bluevine no longer wanted to do business with my company, that is their choice. But holding a customer’s remaining balance without providing a clear way to withdraw it is completely unacceptable.
Their public response hides behind vague statements about being in a “regulated banking environment” and having “legal obligations,” while ignoring the main issue: my money is still being withheld and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered.
This is exactly the kind of experience that should make other businesses think twice before trusting this service with their funds. No business should have to fight to recover its own money after receiving a legitimate payment and complying with document requests.
I am posting this to warn other business owners to be extremely cautious. If Bluevine finally returns my funds, I will update this review to reflect that outcome.
Bluevine reps were very friendly and knowledgeable about the best ways to utilize my line of credit for my business. Thanks Bluevine.
