Had a problem with my Charger 1 unit , the support team was fantastic , quick response , lots of advice, in end couldn't get it sorted , so replaced with a new unit straight away , problem solved back on the road and full battery power

Incredible product !! Powers my salt water hot tub, infra red sauna, EV charger and all my home appliances! Great solar interface.

I have been using their power packs for over seven years. The customer support is excellent. I have multiple packs ranging from small to large. Be sure and register your products and keep your receipts. I’ve had nothing but exceptional interactions with their service department as as well as how they stand behind their product while in Warranty.

Excellent performance, charge time

After watching hundreds of reviews on this unit, BLUETTI ELITE 100 V2 1800 WATT Power Station, I knew this would handle all my fish tanks as a dedicated power backup. I ordered one from Amazon, then realized I should have one to be able to move around for other household appliances, I went online and ordered another one from BLUETTI's website.

A 37-day emotional rollercoaster, but a fair and honest ending.
I’ll be honest: this order was a real test for my nerves. For 37 days, I was in a state of constant stress and "email war" because of a massive delivery delay and a missing solar panel. When you are sitting in the dark during 12-hour blackouts, every day of waiting feels like a week. I was furious and ready to give up.

However, I must give credit where it's due. The customer support manager, Bon, did not disappear. She stayed in touch and, step by step, regained my trust. BLUETTI acted like a serious company: they didn't just apologize, they took responsibility.

I received a full refund for the solar panel (€169).

They paid me an additional €100 compensation for the stress and delay.

Now about the device: The BLUETTI Elite 200 V2 is a masterpiece. It’s powerful, high-quality, and is currently saving my household during the energy crisis. It was worth every cent and every day of waiting.

I am changing my rating to 5 stars because the company chose honesty over excuses. If you have problems — don't panic, they will fix it. Special thanks to Bon for her patience and for making things right. The quest is over, and I am a happy customer now!

I have 2 Bluetti products, the Elite 30 V2 and the Bluetti Handsfree 2 Backpack Power Station. Both are fantastic products and I will review one day on my YouTube channel. I eventually hope to step up and add he Elite 200 V2 and a 350W solar panel to the collection and round out my weekend camping trip needs. I can't recommend these products enough.

I have the ac200pl, it works great. But they discontinued the extra battery, b210p, that fits perfectly. The new extra batteries have the power cords on opposite sides.Fan noise is too loud. And their prices are too high. CUSTOMER SERVICE LAGS WITH TIME DIFFERENCE.
So would not purchase from them again, due to shifting loyalty in product support, they abandon old models for pricier new ones. Buyer beware.

The comprehensive website helped me select a power bank that fit my needs. The unit arrived quickly and it was a breeze to setup and use. The app enhances the experience.
The unit looks good and feels solid. I’m still on my first charge but so far so good!

Just received my Apex300 today. Fully charged in under 2 hours using an outlet in my garage. Still learning and excited about the product. Plan is for home power back up during power outages living in florida.

Great product heard so much about it, my family Hager several of power stations, I did some research before purchasing these product.

I recently purchased the Bluetti EB3A, and it has Not let me down. Its the right size, has many options, works extremely well, and is competively priced! It keeps all of my devices charged & the Wireless Charging is a game changer!

We bought our first Bluetti four years ago for our farm cabin a AC200 Max. It was the perfect solution at the time.
Since then we have purchased 11 more Bluetti systems which includes 2 AC300s, 2 AC500s and our latest addition 2 Apex300s. We have a collection of smaller Bluetti systems that power remote lighting and various security devices. We keep a Bluetti in the the truck, UTV and the Roxor.
It safe to say that Bluetti powers our life.

I love my Bluetti Apex 300. I knew it wasn’t working perfectly and Ava in customer service provided troubleshooting and guidance until it needed replacement. After I was out of town for a while, most places would have forgotten about my issues, but she even reached out to me to make sure I was taken care of.

Laura was great. She responded to my request as she always does. My ac500 was updated and is working fine now. Thanks Bluetti for great service.

I have the original Bluetti 1500.....used during power outages over several years.....great performance ...I since have purchased several new models....I am very pleased with the performance of all the models

In shopping for a solar generator I was close to buying the Precor brand. Then I was really close to getting the Apex 300 from Bluetti. It had a nema 14-50 and did 220v. But the price point and portability due to its size drive me away. Bluetti had a half off promotion on the AC 200L with charger 2 and I went for that. It did not do 220v, or had the Nema 15-50p for my Tesla but it did have the TT-30 that matched perfectly for my Thor Chateau RV and I could get an adapter for my Tesla TT+30 to nema 14-50 as well as for my gas generator an adapter would work. So for 1/3 rd the price I pulled the trigger on the AC 200L with charger 2. I will probably add the Hub and the Expansion batteries in the future after I really get familiar with the AC 200L. I went through Bluetti to purchase and not Amazon because of the 5% off for either military or watching the live blog. Ir would only give one 5% discount. Hope that is helpful. The Apex 300 looked a lot better but just to big to transport around but I was real close to buying that one. Good luck!!

Bluetti apex 300 is hands down a must have.
