I work in protection testing and often need remote power supply for testing equipment. The Bluetti AC180T has been a godsend, no longer having to load and cart noisy generators to site to conduct testing activities.

I have - 1 x AC200P, 3 x AC180, 1 & when delivered a 2nd AC70. Have had no issue with any of them. I also won a X20 in a Forum comp. It, unfortunately will not power our 2 x Dell laptops. However, we still have 3 older HP laptops that it does power. Got heaps of assistance from Bluetti Admin on the Forum along with other users. It's the laptop not the X20.

had a DC issue with my AC70 , contacted Bluetti Customer service and within 1 week exchanged the unit out. The support throughout was absolutely phenominal.

Happy with my ac70 keeps the lights going in my shed and powers my work batteries.

I am on my second Bluetti device... I started with a AC70 and now have moved up to the AC180 for more power and storage. In the year that I had the AC70, I have found it reliable, dependable and convenient when camping / caravaning. If your looking for a reliable power source for a long weekend or when needing 12/240v off the grid then I highly recommend.

Very good website. Wanted to power a shed that has no power to the property and is very good price considering stand alone battery and solar system. As an electrician this made the most sense to me to purchase this product.

Purchased a Bluetti EB55 to run a 300W pellet smoker. The device malfunctioned from day 1. Whenever I plugged in the smoker the EB55 indicated a short (despite the smoker running fine on a mate's EB55 & on mains power). Contacted support (via the retailer) & was told my device draws too much current (The EB55 inverter is rated for 700W). Had the smoker tested & tagged to prove it was not faulty. Recorded a video of current draw & sent to Bluetti. Sent the specifications of the smoker to Bluetti. Bluetti never downloaded any of the videos, informed me that there are lots of smokers 'out there' that are not suitable & I must have one of those. Had to raise a case with Paypal to get any traction. Bluetti then said to send the unit back & they will 'decide' whether I would get a repair or replacement. Sent the unit back & escalated to Paypal who refunded me as soon as the EB55 was confirmed as returned. A real shame. Their products appear to be very well designed but let down horribly by poor quality control & non-existent customer service

I've just received my EB70 portable power station from Bluetti. Delivery was very quick and the unit was well packed.

The EB70 has many useful functions for me. I can wirelessly charge my mobile phone while away from home. It has a car 12V appliance socket which is handy if you want to run things like mini air compressors in the house. It has 2 x mains AC outlets for running your main devices. For me I can plug in my laptop or fridge. It also has built in solar charging input to allow you to charge it while on a long off-grid trip.

Size and weight wise, it is similar in size to a car battery, but weighs less. The carry handle makes it very portable.

I'd happily recommend.
