The other day I placed an order for two storage boxes. I then decided to order two more. I received a phone call from Blue Streak Crystals, which I missed, but they left a voicemail asking me to call them because they weren't sure whether it was a duplicate order or a I wanted four boxes. I called them and I talked to a lovely, chatty lady who, when I explained that I wanted four storage boxes, removed one of the delivery charges, which I hadn't thought of. All this happened within around 10 minutes of placing my order.
Not only do they have top quality
products and a very fast delivery service, they have excellent customer service too.
I have used Blue Strak Crystals for a number of years and cannot fault them.They are a highly recommended company.

I had an Issue with my order where one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Customer service was very helpful and easy to deal with offering me different options to replace, wait or refund. They actually answer back very quickly. Delivery was fast and packaging was so cute! I don’t even need to comment on the products… always top quality and absolutely beautiful.
