Great experience. Quick and easy to navigate website booking.

We are just finishing our 2 week stay at Lucia villas and all I can say is thank you to Lucia !! The apartment is spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels . Lucia and her son have been perfect hosts and will help any time you need it

After so many sites letting me down and cancelling my reservations I found this site easy and reliable

Ok experience. It's not easy looking for twin rooms as many sites don't give options for twins. Had to search for type of room and cancellation term required.

Fast, easy. But if you could allow for changes as well as cancellations, that would be five stars

At a very cosy district - Cholargos - next to a tiny & live square, 10' walk from the Metro, is very good for 1 or 2 persons, with all the facilities inside. The price is VfM also.
Three negatives : 1. Not 100% clean(dust in various small furnitures) and 2.TV control was damaged and not functional. 3. The 2 beds are sofa extensions, so there was a "tough" layer to sleep...

Once they take your money, you get ghosted. From what I see, they don't allow links to accommodations unless it's their "partner" booking.com. The advertised Booking.com price is much lower on Bluebillow than on Booking.com eg. $58 vs $130. WHY IS THAT!?

Only Bluepillow found me accommodation in a regional town that all other websites said was booked out!

Is this website even legit? I am writing this review 6:46am. Owner refused to let us in. I demand my full refund.

The website and interface is friendly. I did not stumble or come across anything I couldn't understand easily.

I selected the YWCA to book my overnight stay in Vancouver, BC. It was a seamless process.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel that reservation shortly thereafter, and that too was a seamless process.

I will definitely use Bluepillow again and recommend it to other traveling friends.

Super easy to book on line and very easy website

Very easy to use..good prices and quick process.

It did not ask for how many kids. So I booked a room for 1 adult.. which is fine, my 2 kids can share a bed with me, they are still small enough for now.

Idk. Seems fake. I don’t have constitutional rights.

I somehow ended up on this website to reserve a room for a weekend trip and the website sent me a confirmation number. The confirmation number pulled up nothing when I went to check it later on. Luckily, I did have a reservation but details were messed up. I also believe this site sold my information because shortly after making my reservation with their website, I started receiving dozens of spam calls a day.
