SCAM BIG TIME. Company suggests product is shipped from US but indeed comes from China. I requested a cancellation immediately after placing order and was told it already shipped? To contact them when it arrived to begin refund process.Was informed it must be returned to China. Postage with tracking was in excess of $100 more than value of merchandise. Upon further conversation was told merchandise on sale did not qualify for returns. ALL MERCHANDISE IS ON SALE! Company claims easy return policy. Not true. Product is also made of Polyester stated no where on the site. And very poor quality at that! Detrimental to our waterways. Did not get a clear response as to what charity they support. The company is riding on the backs of other reputable companies with similar names. Scam big time!

I've shared my experience here to help anyone else scammed by this company. This is not a USA company unlike their website claim. After posting the order, I received an international charge notification from my bank. That prompted me to look further into this company. Within 15 minutes of placing the order, I sent the company an email request for cancellation and well as replied directly to every email they had sent for that order placement. 1-2 days later, they replied saying they could not cancel the order as the order was already shipped. I send them a email detailing my request and order information every single day for almost two months requesting a cancellation (you can schedule these with certain emails like Gmail). They initially replied with the same reply, then shifted to "I'm sorry your order is late here's X% off your next order", to eventually no replies at all. As soon as I could, I had my bank reverse the charge and open a claim. I've documented every email of our conversations and screen shot their website in case I needed to confirm my issue with my bank. After nearly two months, they gave a reply that they have finally reversed the charge and this was confirmed with my bank.
