Total waste of time and money

This company sells aftermarket kits for rebuilding automotive lpg components.
I contacted this company for advice on which of their kits I needed to rebuild both my lpg converter and mixer.
I was assured that the parts were the ones I needed so I bought both kits, cost including postage, over $200.
When I fitted the replacement part in the mixer I discovered it was not the item needed and had to modify it.
When I started to refurbish the gas converter I discovered I had been sent a completely different kit to that I had ordered and payed for.
Two different kits, both different than I had requested.
On contacting the vendor I was greeted with a very confrontational individual who continually talked over me and attempted to not only convince me that this completely different set of parts was a universal fit, but that it was my fault to begin with.

In frustration I contacted the manufacturer directly and was told that not only were the parts delivered for a different unit they were not, as claimed by the seller, a universal fit but for a different model in the same series.

If you need parts for lpg rebuilds, go directly to the manufacturer and buy genuine.
