I have been enjoying multiple discounts on different products

The Blue Light card offers good discounts; we have found its low membership fee to be quickly paid back with discounts achieved on purchases. Customer Services have been excellent; this week Lewis in that team was fabulous in resolving my self-made issue. Thank you Lewis.

The support given by Neha was very good. However my experience of the website to renew has been difficult. I am still waiting for further support to pay for my card. Under Your Card section I cannot see where to do this?

I had a problem with either the system or my PC (not sure which)trying to renew my Blue Light card. I contacted Blue Light for some help. Claire responded within hours. She had done some technical work in the background, gave me simple straightforward advice which allowed me to renew at the first go. Fantastic, professional service.

Carly was very helpful in helping me to sort out my problem with accessing a shopping card in my wallet. She replied quickly to my emails and gave clear instructions on how to solve the problem.

We get emails for Cinema offers, click the link to be taken to a generic page with various cinema chains, click on them, nothing on there. The emails are incredibly confusing and unhelpful. The website has a section called "feedback and complaints" and the only option is "data privacy" and "complaints", no way of providing feedback, want to complain but can't be bothered. I think this is one of the worst voucher/discount companies, everything is so purposefully difficult to use and I'm very tech-savvy, I also disagree companies advertising discounts on gift cards to buy stuff, it's a rubbish offer. I will not be renewing this when the time comes around. HSD is far easier to use and you don't need to be a subscriber.

Bought a Ninja coffee machine which was reduced on their website and thought I would try my Blue Light Card to see if there were any discounts and to my surprise there was a discount code available. Didn’t think it would work as the item was already reduced, but the code WORKED!!! Amazing card which covers such a lot of retailers, makes me feel appreciated as a NHS worker.

Used BLC for a day trip to Blackpool for the Pleasure Beach. Got 10% off total cost.

It was so quick to obtain the code needed and then to purchase my Railcard.
My card for the year came to £28. Have booked my first journey and saved a huge amount using said card.

Easy to find the code using the search engine.

Easy to use the app. Great way for a discount.

For savings on a wide variety of brands and in restaurants, this card can't be beaten.

Brilliant service. I was having trouble getting the work ID accepted. They responded so quickly via email and solved my problem the same day. Wonderful company!

I've been a holder of a blue light card for about 10 years, and at first just used it for getting reduced price meals at pubs etc. Now, since a year ago, I've discovered, and use the purchase of gift cards to do my shopping. This really helps with my budget, as a retired nurse/ midwife. I am able to purchase "gift card vouchers " for the 2 supermarkets that I regularly use. I get 4% off which is amazing. Thanks again Blue light.
