I bought an instant starter account for 1st time and when I become eligible for payout and when I requested payout after one day they rejected my payout and give it a reason of copy trading.
I want to make it absolutely clear that at no point have I engaged in copy trading, signal following, or any form of third-party trade replication on this account. Every trade placed on this account was the result of my own independent analysis, strategy, and decision-making. I have not subscribed to, used, or operated any copy trading platform, signal service, or trade copier software in connection with this account.
And when I reach their support service they are very active and friendly but at last they say that this is our final decision and we can reverse our decision.

Dealing with this company is a hassle
Dealing with this company is a hassle; every time you purchase an evaluation, you have to contact support because they don't set up the accounts. They are quick to take your money, but they fail to provide the accounts. While technical support responds quickly, they often don't actually solve the problem; they always claim they’ve escalated the case and promise a reply within 24 hours, but they never follow through—even when you provide the purchase receipt and the order number the company itself issued. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
