Horrible company

Horrible company. Bought a PS5 though Amazon that suddenly stopped working. I sent the item back (and I had to pay for shipping which I should not be doing) and they have not responded to my request despite me proving it was delivered and it being delivered over 2 weeks ago. I have reported them to trading standards and I will now be taking them to small claims court to recover lost costs and would recommend everyone do the same

I ordered with this company through…

I ordered with this company through Onbuy website I am really disappointed, I ordered a Ps5 console & used clearpay at checkout, clearpay took the first payment & sent me a confirmation email however there is no history on my onbuy account of this purchase it was left in my basket as if I hadn’t checked out, there is no way to contact onbuy about this or bluefish to resolve the issue so I have contacted clearpay in the hope they will be able to refund me this was supposed to be Christmas gift for my son I am so frustrated more so the fact that there is no one to contact when it comes to the sellers which is ridiculous, I am now out of pocket & have no item to show for it, fuming is an understatement, I would appreciate it if someone from bluefish shop could see this review & respond to me on this matter.

my son's phone died in June having…amazon as platform is not helpful

my son's phone died in June having bought in in Nov sale from amazon for his Christmas present . amazon told me that if I get no reply from Bluefish they will refund-
blue fish replied and asked me to send them the phone-
then amazon tell me that the company is no longer registered with Amazon and gave me a phone no 07738011077 to call them .
Then amazon are telling me to contact samsung !!!!!
So now I have no phone as it was sent to blue-fish and I had to pay for special delivery and amazon are being extremely un-helpful as they have sopped my communication with this seller which was at least responding up to 3 4 days ago .

Tab A9 not UK compatible

I purchased a TabA9 through Amazon and it was supplied by Blue-Fish. On receiving item I discovered it was made for the Singapore market, no UK country or region listed. So all in all it is useless. Do Amazon ever read these reviews. I notice other buyers with the same problems.
I now have to return it at my expense (£10.) and unable to use original packaging as is was damaged and wet!!!

Watch out for blue-fish products

This company sells goods which are not usable in uk. I purchased a Samsung a9+ tablet but could only setup the language. The next screen wanteda country or region but there was no uk option and nothing such as Europe. I spoke to the Samsung help line and once I gave them the serial number was told to return immediately which I have done. There are tablets on amazon
which do say not a uk version but my selection didn't. Either blue-fish do not control their stock of tablets correctly or they are purposely selling unsuitable stock hoping not too many will be returned.

No manufacturer warranty. Petulant

New Samsung S23 evolved small error after 3 months. The company asked for it to be wiped and sent back to them so they could advise. No confirmation of how long it would take them. Turns out their stock has NO manufacturer warranty whatsoever (stock is registered abroad and imported) so the only warranty is from themselves. They got really evasive, petty and petulant when I asked for money back or replacement with manufacturer warranty. Amazon authorised refund but BlueFish STILL would not refund. Eventually Amazon had to step in & refund themselves after 3 months and over 30 emails. NEVER AGAIN WITH BLUE-FISH!

AVOID THIS SELLER. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.

Purchased Samsung phone for a Christmas gift in November 2023 from Blue Fish via Amazon. The date for Returns was listed as 31st January 2024. On Christmas Day the recipient received the phone and a few weeks later they complained there was an intermittent fault with the phone. When the recipient was using the phone on talk mode, the speech of the person on the other end was scrambled and couldn't be understood for about 10-20 seconds. This occurred intermittently over a period of a few days and then all was fine with the phone. Originally, we thought this was a problem with the Provider's Transmitter or weather conditions. The intermittent fault returned again and on 4th February 2024 - FOUR DAYS after the close date for Returns, I contacted Blue Fish and they advised I carry out a Factory Reset. One day after the Factory Reset, the intermittent fault returned. I contacted Blue Fish again and they told me to return the phone by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to be examined. At the cost of £8.15, the phone was posted to Blue Fish. The phone was delivered to them and from the photographic evidence provided by Royal Mail my phone was delivered along with 20/30 other parcels just after 11am on 9th Feb. Within 3 hours of receiving the phone along with 20/30 other parcels, they managed to emailed me stating there was no fault with the phone and their Return Window had closed. I'm amazed that that they could say within 3 hours there was no fault, although the fault is intermittent and occurs over a period of a few days. Admittedly, when I queried how they tested for the fault they refused to answer. Their After Sales service leaves a lot to be desired and I would strongly advise buyers to avoid this company. Needless to say, I will be contacting Samsung and Amazon regarding Blue Fish and their poor After Sales service or lack of it.

INTERESTING POINT - RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT TO - D Patel, Bluefish Returns. COINCIDENCE OR NOT, FOUR TOP REVIEWS FOR BLUE FISH ON TRUSTPILOT ARE FROM PEOPLE WITH THE NAME PATEL???

THANK GOODNESS AMAZON APPRECIATES THEIR CUSTOMERS - THEY RETURNED THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE TO ME ON 13TH FEBRUARY. THANK YOU AMAZON.

Samsung told me the phone I purchased…

Samsung told me the phone I purchased in the UK was made in Panama, so as a non-EU device, would not support a UK SIM card or be able to be sent off for repairs to Samsung UK if required. Effectively useless in the UK. Amazon issued a refund as seller making it slow and difficult. Photo for proof of delivery from Royal Mail when returned item to their storage space address showed a large pile of boxes all the same shape and size as mine, so quite possibly lots of similar problems with the products. Would recommend to avoid this business at all costs. Wish I had read reviews on here first before ordering.
