Out and out scam. Ordered a flower display in a long glass case received a really tacky single plastic flower in a tiny plastic flower pot. Do not buy from this bunch of crooks.

NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER
I ordered some chair covers more than a month and a half ago (order no.. 90816) and never received them, I have sent many emails, filled in a form in their website and even texted the number that appears in the website (Spanish number, Barcelona address) and no one replies, this looks like a SCAM

Most definitely a scam company - avoid
See my previous review for not receiving goods or refund from a sept 23 purchase.
I went through ‘chargeback’ with Halifax and receive a refund from them. Then lo and behold! I actually received an email from Blueemoon …. Although it said I had returned the items after having opened the packaging. (Which I never received obviously). Think it may be an attempt to pull the wool over the eyes of the chargeback claim. But that is definitely the way forward to get your cash back. Good luck the rest of you.
