Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 pairs of briefs. One from the Tencel range and the other from the Sport range. Both were made of great quality materials and styled nicely. The fit of the Tencel pair was spot on and were very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately the Sport pair came up smaller in the waist. Bluebuck kindly offered to replace them for a different pair. Excellent customer service and great quality underwear.

I do like your product but delivery was messed up and still waiting for one item to be delivered the white with red striped trunks xl. Love the product but the delivery was a mess.

Hello Michael, yes the delivery on your order has not been satisfactory for you or for us. We are truly sorry about it. We had a problem with the transporter the first time, which caused the main delay. Then when we shipped the second time, one of the products was no longer in stock (it is now on its way to you). As an apology, we sent a couple of freebies. But we'll do better next time! Thanks for the feedback anyway.

I just checked my order history, and my first purchase was in 2015! Since then, I’ve placed at least one order each year, and it’s not just because of their high-quality products. Bluebuck briefs are simply the best. They are supportive and comfortable all day and the thicker fabric is not, but cool and absorbate. I gave up trying to find them in the US at stores and love the simple new shipping to the states. Worth every dollar - and they last!
