Love the product its well made and very smart to look at and I find the keyboard a huge advantage. Initially I was struggling to get the IPad cover to connect with my IPad successfully and found your staff member Grace very helpful in solving this problem.
Everything is now working well but I cannot find a way to add emojis onto my communications by using the keyboard. Please advise. Thank you

Not gonna lie... I was skeptical about the UltraSlim Laptop Sleeve, but it’s lowkey perfect. Folds into a stand, feels sturdy, and keeps my laptop safe. Solid buy.

Got the TravelBank 5-in-1 charger/powerbank. It arrived quite promptly and good communication (apart from the nagging upsell emails). It’s worked well over the past 2 months but the capacity seems nowhere near the claimed 10000mAh as it will drain after 1 charge of my iPhone 15 Pro Max overnight, so it’s quite disappointing. Design wise it’s nice though and light and neat to travel with.

Actually obsessed with this case... sleek, protects, and makes my airpods easier to find in my bag.

The case is amazing works so well only suggestion that I may have if it’s possible is adding another usbc port to it to attach an external mouse to the case

I love the case and the features that make it like a laptop-It’s the best! The track pad is a great feature. I would give it a 5 but the lit up keyboard makes it hard to see the letters-maybe the letters should be darker. It’s very hard to get out of the case when I needed to take it out to put the screen protector on. I already have a large scratch and don’t know where it came from-I was so bummed because it’s only been a week. Otherwise it’s very sturdy and feels great!

Amazing customer support. My keypad was working perfectly but had a little problem with the 'A' letter. I asked the support if it could be changed with the warranty as I could not use it after 11 months.

They answered me right away and sent me a new one with no charges and fees.

Fast delivery along with consistent shipment status updates. The keyboard and mouse pad design have all the essentials for converting my iPad Pro into a light weight laptop configuration. Assembly and integration was simple and seamless.

This product did not last 12 months. The company basically accused me of misuse and accidental damage. Absolutely absurd. If the materials and workmanship aren’t robust enough to last less than 12 months of normal wear and tear, then don’t advertise advertise a 12 month warranty that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. And to offer a 30% discount to purchase another case, that probably won’t last 12 months is a joke. My advice, Don’t purchase from this company. The customer service is terrible. The usual standard reply, time after time. If the product doesn’t hold up for the 12 month warranty, it evidently isn’t of good quality and workmanship.

Brilliant service! Ordered an incorrect item and asked to cancel on the same day. I’ve received a response almost immediately with no faff, all cancelled and refunded. That’s what you’d expect, to be honest, but very few companies offer this level of service. Thanks very much - will be using them again.

I would like to give ZERO stars. I never received my order. The delivery company UNIUNI ( which I will give you 0 stars also) said they couldn't deliver my package, I get packages almost daily from all shipping companies. I made call after call to Uniuni and to BlueBolt charger. They kept saying they couldn't deliver it, but they would not give me a refund. I emailed BlueBolt chargers over and over, and all they said was the deliver company would try to deliver it, which they never tried, only 1 time. BlueBolt chargers believed the delivery company and not the customer. Today after countless emails they said, oh there's a problem with the delivery company. Would you like a refund or a new item. It took them almost 3 weeks to acknowledge what I told them the first day. Horrible customer service! I would never buy from them again. Such a waste of time!!!

I bought an iPhone case and it broke down after 60 days. The buttons fell off. Poor quality product and they will not honor the warranty. Stay away

It’s a more consistent changer, the watch sits in the bump and connects straight away. The phone mostly connects just needs a little fine adjustment. The only thing is the lights that appear when charging are fine, but bearing in mind most charging takes place over night, in the dark with a light show going on next or near to you can make it difficult as a light sleeper.

Great, compact multi charging station.

The charger is great, charges my 3 devices fast at the same time, and folds up small, great for travel.
The postage however took a while, !
