The supplier actually currently doesn't have what I need in their product range, but their email-based customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. They only agreed to inform me via mail, after I asked again to do this when the item I requested is available. Since the first time of contact there was no merchandise or spam!

It was a great product with an easy-to-use interface. What stands out is the keyboard - great typing experience!

What could be better?
I would comment on the coating, battery display and fitting.
- Coating: Already peeling in some areas due to light friction on any surfaces

- Battery display: Lack of display to reflect battery life in percentage, which helps to monitor and gauge the next charge

- Fitting: a bit loose with gaps in between, which the device could still push up and down in the casing.

I love the colour! It so hard to find a nice orange anywhere that will actually protect my phone. I have actually dropped my phone twice since having this case and my phone is completely undamaged although there are some minor scuffs on the phone case. If there was anything at all that could be improved it would be maybe adding some grip strips to the case… it has slipped out of my hands and pocket pretty easily.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered 2 bluebolt travel chargers for our upcoming trip overseas and have had a very bad experience with both. First one, red light stays on after 5 hours of charging. Never turns blue as reviews say it should in order to use it. Second one literally fell apart when we unfolded it so the guts were exposed. The glue must have disintegrated. Quality control? I don't think so! We will be returning them.

Metal case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max - amazing!! so easy to get on and off, phone is well protected - even has lens covers etc, so no scratches :-) Communication was great, delivery experience good - all over - very very happy! Love it

Nice case and keeps phone protected but magnets on back are useless

Case works ok but the shell is too slippery it needs to be more tactile ie a rougher surface

Is an ultimate charger with various type of output for a great varieties of equipment. Extremely handy and versatile.

I purchased the iPhone 17 Pro Max case. It’s a tad heavy but it’s ok. The aluminium frame was very good, it fits nicely. I thought the back cover is also aluminium, but it is plastic. The advert and specs did not mention it is plastic too.

Hi Bluebolt, I ordered a hang over the shoulder bag i have a office short handles excited it is waterproof but have to now buy a shoulder hanging piece to go with it. Thank You Miss Olga Davis.

Lovely looking case but be warned…if you drop it, it’s done…dents, broken lens, damaged phone. I had issues with my back staying on and one month in I dropped on footpath and the rest is history. Just good to look at but not good for protection.

The way you tread people when they like to send something back is not customer friendly! What you do, sending x mails for the hope people will just forget or people don’t give something back because the process is too difficult.. This is really really a shame!
I will never ever buy anything from you and I will tell my experience with everyone who likes to hear.

I love the charger I bought. It's for my apple watch and iphone. It's so easy to use and works great!

My Apple folio broke after two years…more or less. I have had Bluebolt for a couple of months. It did take a while to get here from overseas, and the keyboard needs weekly charging. You do have to give the keyboard a second or two to ‘wake up.’

The rest is all good. The screen swivels…a very cool feature. Overall it is a good deal.

I purchased the UltraSlim Titanium Pro band black and it has withstood daily use for about a month without a scratch. It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear. Fits securely and attaches easily.
