Bluebnc - Blue Brokerage & Charter Reviews 

We went on an awesome trip around Mallorca - best Captain Ian and best stewardess Virgina! We chartered a Prestige 680 for six days. Bluebnc answered all questions in advance and we had many :-)
Contract was fair, their response very quick and we could reach them at all times. Crew of two did everything for us (4 adults and 4 kids); we enjoyed every minute, we felt very save at all times and although we changed the route quite a few times, the captain would make sure we got to every place we wanted to see. Absloutly fantastic with the 4 Kids aswell, Ian ne er got tired with all the watertoys, towing the Kids around! Absolutly recommended!!

The most amazing experience. Can't get over how impeccable and detailed the service was. Definitely looking forward to another trip out with this company. Can't thank them enough for the experience

Called around a few places to inquire about a charter, and this company is the only one to call back in the same day. Daniel is very communicative and helpful; he provided great information and assisted with every question and concern in a timely manner and followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. The best experience I’ve had looking for a yacht.

I had an amazing time on board with my family! It was my first time in Mallorca and I was a bit nervous being a new adventure for me.

Felipe was amazing, he answered all our questions, and made sure I understood everything up until the day of the charter. They even arranged a birthday cake for my mom as a surprise!

The captain was super cool and showed us the best areas in Palma. If you come to Mallorca, renting a boat is definitely a must.

Great Week charter experience around The Bahamas

The dream charter that turns into a nightmare.

Everything goes smoothly once you pick out your charter and pay the deposit. Less than a month before the charter I noticed our charter was no longer available online and reached out to Blue BNC on this matter. We had to pay more for another charter since it was high season and nothing else was available on such short notice. The company should’ve reached out as soon as they found out about the original charter instead of me finding out and reaching out. Lastly, the most disappointing part was the captain drinking and stealing money from us. He wouldn’t allow us to leave the boat until we gave him “his fee”. We told him we already paid and everything was settled. He was very aggressive and was forced to hand over €300 in cash. I’ve tried to be patient and settle this with Eddie as he promised we would get a refund. 2 months have passed and he keeps coming up with excuses every week I ask the timeline for the refund is. At this point it’s very evident we will never get our money that was stolen from us back. This incident ruined the whole experience and have no trust this wouldn’t happen again to someone else. There are plenty of other ways you can charter a yacht other than chartering through Blue BNC. In saying that I absolutely do not recommend them.

My friends and I were supposed to charter a yacht on Saturday. I had been dealing with Eddie, since last year.
I had no word from him about meeting points etc until he messaged me at 5pm the night before and cancelled the booking. We had booked this for my husbands 40th birthday so you can imagine how upsetting this was the night before.
A problem with the engine I was told, although the fact that the boat has been taken off the website altogether makes me wonder what the real reason was.
There was one alternative ONLY, we had booked a yacht and the alternative was an open RIB boat. To which I was told I could have it for the same price (definitely not worth it).
So in the end had to opt for a refund! Over all very disappointing and poor service!!
