I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised. The quality was cheap and poorly made and the sizing was not accurate. Shipping took much longer than promised and when I reached out for help, customer service was unresponsive and dismissive.
I want my $144 back now. This company needs to be honest about what they are selling and take accountability instead of wasting customers time and money. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I received my order and will be keeping…

I received my order and will be keeping it, because we needed these Christmas PJs like yesterday. The stitching on the clothing is horrendous. One wash and it's going to fall apart. I sent them video footage as well. I wish there was an option to attach it here.

Grinch pajamas Blueblom

I bought some Grinch pajamas for Christmas at the last minute on December 10, 2025. I thought they wouldn't arrive on time, but they only took 6 days and arrived on the December 16,2025. Everything was great! This is a good review Thank you Blueblom. Download the Shop app, and it gives you all the package information so you can track it using the tracking number from Yanwen.

Blurblom is a total scam!!!

I ordered Birkenstock knock off fleece clogs from BlueBlom that came in a “Birkenstock” box. They did not fit well, so I contacted the company by email the same day, and still have not received a response. The phone # listed in their contacts, is unreachable, and is from North Carolina, not CA!!! This is a total scam, and I want to take legal action! Any advice?

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Fake items and refusing to acknowledge emails. I have been emailing and calling number to try and get a refund but no response. Poor quality and fake items sold. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

Scam company

Scam company ! Fake items, DO NOT BUY from them. They have used pictures taken from Pink Palm Puff website and used them on their webpage. The hoodie we received was cheap, horrible quality, the wrong image on the back & pull ties at front which are not on the images on their webpage. Looking at other reviews I doubt we will get our money back!
*The reply on 19/6 is part of the BluBlom scam, I sent an email requesting a refund to the contact given as soon as the fake item arrived- no response, 100% scam company*

Ordered a hoodie for my daughter which is a complete fake. Nothing like the picture, poor fabric quality and clearly a fake. Unable to make contact with the company. Appears to be a UK site but item shipped from China. AVOID

This website is a scam! Ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter and it was all screen printed, not embroidered as the site showed. Extremely disappointed and been trying to contact them for a refund and no response. Don’t order anything from here!

SCAM COMPANY, POOR QUALITY

Waited a month for shoes to arrive, paid £76 and they look so cheap! Not well made at all and definitely not worth the money. Tried emailing them to get a refund, they've listed two different emails addresses and neither of them have had responses. This is a scam, do not purchase from them it is cheap rubbish.

AliExpress-level quality at higher prices

I could order the exact same dress of same ooor quality on AliExpress for $11, which more accurately reflects price for quality. The company makes refunds and exchanges virtually impossible as well. I do not recommend this business.

Avoid these guys. Bought 3 of their Rap Garden Gnomes for $20USD each. Now they’re being sold as a set of 6 on Amazon for $45 Canadian - which is about half the price, and still more than what they’re worth. The site included “customer reviews” about how great the figurines look, but the actual product was a disgrace. Unsurprisingly they’ve removed the ability to leave a product review so I’m posting here instead. Their return policy is ridiculous - within 10 days and requiring the customer to pay return postage to somewhere in Southeast Asia even though they list their business address in New York. Stay away. They’re crooks.

False advertising. Item purchased looks nothing like the advertisement. It looks like it was painted by a five year old and unfortunately probably was.

BEWARE


BEWARE, this company will make you pay for RETURN Shipping of the junk they sell which if you live in the states is not worth the expense. I recently purchased a set of Rapper Gnomes for $80 (RETURN to China would have been $45) and when received the rappers looked nothing as advertised. I then reached out to the seller and asked for a return label considering the items were falsely advertised. Biggie appeared white and the smallest of all and didn’t resemble him at all. I should have read the reviews, they all warned about the product.

This website is a joke

This website is a joke! Don't order from them! I ordered the rapper gnomes, and they are all different sizes, not colored as shown, even the skin tones. They are generic, and 3 of the 5 don't look like the actual pictures on their website. I am trying to return, but they didn't reply at first. Told me it was because of a holiday, but their address is in the US, and it wasn't a holiday. The return time frame is 10 days, so they are trying to make the process difficult so the receive the return after the 10 days. They told me to go to the website for instructions, but the return has to be "approved." Then they also told me to return to an address in China, which would make the return past 10 days. The website return address is in CA. I don't think they will refund me at all at this point.
