Ordered a set for my friends bachlorette party, paid extra for fast shipping. They told me one day before it was supposed to arrive that just the bra was out of stock, and shipped the underwear. It arrived close to a week late. They refunded the bra, but really annoying and had to go to the bachelorette empty handed

I placed an order on Bluebella but when it arrived, the courier left it in view of the street and it was stolen from our door step. I raised the issue with the customer service team, they investigated and replied just a few days later to apologise and tell me that Evri had confirmed the parcel was 'lost'. They automatically refunded my order, sent me a link to a basket with all the same items with a 10% discount applied and resent my order with a different courier for my assurance.
I couldn’t use my 15% discount for some reason and contacted Bluebella and within the day I was given a link to use my first time discount. No problem, I hope the panty I bought is as nice as the people there!

Great lingerie, so feminine and pretty while still being well made. Designs that you don’t find on the high street, really lovely, sexy and reasonably priced considering the great quality. I love wearing this for me.

First Bluebella lingerie is gorgeous. I ordered the Audrey balcony bra and panty in white, and the Calista floral panty in black. The items are of great quality, look and fit as pictured, and were on sale at a great price. The items arrived quickly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I intend to purchase more.
My girlfriend looked absolutely incredible in her Bluebella set. I couldn't stop staring. More importantly, she felt so sexy! She couldn't stop looking at *herself* all night. Maybe next time I'll just leave the room (haha). We will be getting more sets in the future!
I have order multiple items from this company. The shipping is quick and items are good quality and worth the price. I have also completed a return, I had issues with the return website regarding my address, after emailing the company this issue was resolved and the return completed promptly. I would recommend this website.
I never received an item that I request is exchanged for a different size.

I really like the products you sell. However, I have not received my order and it's been over a month. I reached out to customer care to let them know that my order was to come in 2 shipments. I received 1 of the 2 shipments which was only 1 item of the 6 items I ordered. They created a ticket with the delivery company and they said it could take up to 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I've asked for a status update and still haven't heard anything. My guess is that the main package never left the warehouse as there isn't even tracking number.

The website filters work great. Delivery was quick. The lingerie is gorgeous and feels nice too. There is a big difference between cheap lingerie and a well made product like Bluebella!
Ordered gifts for wife. Needed to return 2 items for size exchange. Emails very slow in response. Eventually receive Return Post info including Label - over one month later no contact from Bluebella - on contacting and enquiring - told item was not received at their end - I have provided photo's, tracking info and proof of delivery - incredibly POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
