The accommodation in Crete was awful.

The accommodation in Crete was awful.

We were given a very noisy room under the roof, where the air conditioning was out of order and extremely loud. The delegate from Blue Style did not help us resolve the issue, so I had to repeatedly argue at the reception to get a different room.

The second room we received had mold on the wall, and other guests also reported problems with the bathroom and the shower.

This was a very disappointing experience and far below the standard we expected.
