Katie has been absolutely brilliant throughout helping us convert out mortgage to buy-to-let. She was incredibly responsive and nothing was ever too much trouble. She explained everything in great detail, was attentive and carried out everything in a timely manner. She was happy to answer any questions at any time and worked extensively to find us the best deal that she could. She really took the stress away from us and helped us make what we think was the best decision. Would highly reccommend and will definitely be using Katie again when we come to need our next mortgage!
