Thank you for being the 99% to our 1%!

We recently had a giant migration which the entire office was nervous about. Fear not! Brian Savage and Chris Cake looked after us the whole time, even weeks after the event. We've been supported throughout the whole process and we've been extremely grateful.

Our right arm! We couldnt imagine being without them.

Blucando inherited us with a 'patched together' system some years ago and have helped us navigate its quirks until a power surge problem about a year ago spelt the death knell. They jumped to the problem, devised plans for a whole new system, liaised with our SAGE accounting system (SAGE being rather difficult to work with) on our behalf, held them to account when necessary on our behalf and made what had been a distressing winter trying to get anything to work a smooth journey to the whole new system we have received this summer. They have made adjustments where necessary to suit our needs, even when reducing the job in some areas, they have been clear with great communication and I have to say, the post migration support was second to none even calling us to check how we were doing when they hadnt heard for a day! Our project aside they are quick to respond to general queries and are expert at putting it into 'dinosaur speak' when necessary for those of us still in the era of pen and paper! Overall I do not hesitate to recommend Blucando and wish them many more years success!!

Had an issue with our printer and within 4 hours Vinnie from Blucando called and fixed it via remote access. Friendly, fast and efficient. Excellent service. Great to have them available to support our business.
