I think claiming a test to be free and then charging for results is deceptive and scummy. HOWEVER, everyone who says it doesn't disclose that it's a subscription just wasn't paying attention. If you g... See more

I have been trying to cancel my subscription but the website just keeps stating oops page not found, in essence you've signed up for a monthly bill (I only booked it for the week trial) and now there is no way to cancel it

Bank closed my visa card straight away once i tried to pay with this site, and now the site tries to reply to my review here! I did a crime report of this website too, DONT USE IT! WARNING, U CANT GET OUT FROM THE SUBSCRIPTION.

They advertised the test for $3, but unknowingly they put me on a $30/4 week subscription for many months. That I had NO IDEA ABOUT!!!

In the beginning of test they have added a free test and after doing the test they are asking for £1.95 to see the result. Even I checked other feedback they have mentioned that only questions are free. But in advertising you are positioning as a free test. So it’s like misleading customer. It’s very unethical funnel strategy to charge money from customer. Also end of the the it’s not about the £1.95, it’s about misleading customer. Firstly pull customers by showing free as anchor and once they invest time then ask for money to show the result. Really bad strategical decision of misleading customers.

You think it's a free test it is not, they ask you for 1.95 at the end and in the small print it auto enrolls you into 29 a month subscription. Scummy way of selling a service if you ask me. Boooo, stop trying to rip people off.

Doesn't make it clear you have to pay for the result before you do the quiz. Essentially wasting your time.

They trick you into paying high membership costs by accepting a small initial payment. Total scam.

Paid for the results of a supposedly free quiz and have now been charged £25 for continued access to the subscription.
This was not made remotely clear when I paid for access to the test results, which were nothing more than meaningless drivel anyway… and now this.
Absolute scammers.

Making you answer 40 questions before politely informing you that you must pay first to get your test results is a scam.

Reply from Blossomup
They did say free quiz and I guess literally taking the test was free but the results you have to pay for. They should give you the results and give you an upsell. But that's not what they're doing. So this is a con in my mind.

It said FREE quiz, wasted 20mins of my time to then want to charge me at the end. Do not fall it.Scammer!!

There is actually a catch here: when you pay 0.95 EUR for the test, you are automatically enrolled into a subscription that charges 29.95 EUR after one week without your explicit awareness. By purchasing the test, you unintentionally activate this subscription.
The same happened to me, but I also didn’t notice that the subscription had been activated.
After the unwanted charge, I contacted customer support via the website chat, and within 5 minutes they refunded the 29.95 EUR. So I consider the issue resolved fairly.
I am giving a 5-star review in advance for perfect Technical support, but I would prefer the automatic subscription aspect to be made much more transparent, as it can be slightly misleading.

Crooked operation. Take their "free" test and find out it costs a couple bucks. They then started charging my card $30/month even though I have no account and I never got a single email from them. As you might imagine with crooks, you can't get in touch with a real person. Had to cancel a credit card because of these bastards.

Filthy sinking con!
They started taking money put of my Paypal account then they managed to gain access to my bank account detils and tool 29.99 a month. now I am down 200 after they assured me in emails that everything was ok and I would get a refund. I am closing my Paypal account after the refund and using a credit card, ( more legal protection under that process)

This is a SCAM. They tell you it costs just £1.95. What they don't say is that they will then charge your card £24.95 twice monthly forever. And if you try to cancel, they make it almost impossible. It's just endless runarounds. I finally had to get my bank to block them, because they make cancellation intentionally difficult.
These are financial scammers. They should be sued into bankruptcy.

Payment not disclosed...
No information about the payment for the results before the end of the test :(

Took a test, it was wrong. They also say it's 1.95 to see your results but don't tell you that you'll be charged 29.95 a week later
