The rooms where clean. It feels really comfortable and the flats are very secure.
Especially great if you are on placement and dont want a full lease.

I had a comfortable and peaceful stay at Threadworks Student Accommodation in Leeds. The room was extremely cosy and felt like home. It was well-equipped with kitchen applicances, utensils, and other necessities. Tihana and the Bloqq team were very helpful and always available to respond to any queries/issues. I look forward to staying here again during a future visit to Leeds!

I stayed in the Bloqq accommodation in Lincoln and booked 3 periods of 30 days, over summer 2025. I have also stayed for shorter periods in October and November 2025. The price of the stay included the room, ensuite bathroom, washing machine/ tumble dryer, kitchen and living room. It was good value for money, and it also gave more privacy to guests by allowing them to come and go with a fob to the main door at any time. The rooms and ensuite bathrooms were always very clean on arrival. Also, Tihana kept in touch via the AirBnB messaging service and was quick to check that I had settled in and rectify any problems I had. The check-in on site was always easy and punctual on each separate stay. The location of the place was really convenient, peaceful and safe, but also walkable in 20 minutes to the centre of Lincoln. There was a big Home Bargains and Morrisons supermarket nearby which made it really easy to buy groceries.

I absolutely loved my time at Bloqq. The room was spacious, well furnished. There was private bathroom, spotless clean with everything necessary. The bed was comfortable and large enough for 3 people. More than enough space for my luggage, fast WiFi. The common spaces, laundry and kitchen had everything needed. The neighborhood was peaceful with a lot of stores for immediate supplies. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming answering all of my questions. The price was suitable.
I truly enjoyed my stay. I know where to go whenever I have to visit Dublin

Great experience, really close to the center of the city, the host always answered on time and the instructions for the check in were pretty clear and easy to follow

I loved my stay here, as it felt like home and had all necessary amenities. It is in the center of Bolton, a 2- to 5-minute walk to the bus and train station. There is even a bus station just opposite the street.

A variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and places to shop around.

Tihana (host) was great with responding and providing the support needed.

My significant other and I enjoyed our time spent at the accommodation. The kitchen was fully stacked with wares and pots to cook. The heating worked great and the place was tidy and cozy to our liking. I would rebook in the future and recommend others to as well.

Lovely modern warm clean house.. lots of space inside was perfect for my husband and I and my 3 teenage kids. So close to the town too. We all thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay will defo book again. Thank you

We loved our stay, the apartment was super clean and the bed was lovely! It was a little chilly when we arrived but the heaters in the place were amazing. We only stayed one night so it wasn't an issue but there were just the basics in the kitchen at the time eg glasses but little cutlery and crockery. If you plan on staying more than one night/cooking in then you need to bring your own kitchenware!

Everything was on point and at a good location and a good price the only thing they need to work on is to get an iron in the apartment apartment from that great experience and looking forward to come there again.

Bloqq provided a clean place in a modern student ccommodation within walking distance of Lincoln University. My room and bathroom were private and I had my own key. Highly recommended if you're on a budget.

Tihana is a great host and the apartment was very clean and functional. Any queries she attended immediately and would help with providing a solution. Since it was a new apartment there were minor things that needed to be looked at, but she was prompt with her response . A great time at her place. A comfortable stay for 40 days. Easy to access and near town center. Closer to all main attractions and bus and train facilities. Definitely coming back.
