BEWARE. SCAM!!! I would give this company minus zero stars if I could. They use Instagram ads and prey on neurodivergent people. They have very dubious, unethical business and subscription practices.... See more

Fraud Mongers
One star is too high of a rating for this deceptive entity. It is despicable that a company represented by a psychologist lacks basic integrity. My bank statement was riddled with unauthorized charges and service fees. Steer clear from this racket!
Warning. Fake, useless, SCAM!
Wow - I should have checked here before getting involved!

BIG SCAM
BIG SCAM! WARNING! Do not interact with Bloominto. They kept charging me $62 Australian regularly without my permission. I never subscribed and I said no to the 'deep dive'. This is a big scam. I am trying to get my money refunded but as it appears that other users have not had any luck, following being scammed, I am not holding my breath.
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I read over EVERYTHING before I hit pay for the $1 enneagram as another company for dog training scammed me in this same way. I made sure I wasn't entering into any type of agreement. These *holes just charged $39.99 today and they are making it hard to cancel, even though I never paid for a subscription. I looked up their phone number listed on Paypal (I tried to call it and,--surprise, surprise--it didn't work) and ChatGPT told me this it is likely a scam number from Lithuania. I've now learned my lesson: look everything up on TrustPilot first. I am now seeing if I can report this unauthorized payment through my bank.
I hope this company gets shut the eff down.

Unauthorized/misleading charges
Initial review was paid for and interesting. "Deep Dives" were offered which implied no charge but that is not true. each deep dive is automatically charged w/o user knowledge or permission.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Underhanded pricing undermines company's credbility
I thought the initial assessment was very good. But there was no price mentioned for the "dive deeper" subsequent assessments so I was surprised when I saw the charges on my bill. I was happy with the insights of the further assessments however, but I decided to stop because I realized that the company was not being upfront about its pricing. So imagiine my shock when I got a new charge for a "subscription" of $39.99 ($58 Canadian) which I didn't sign up for! There was no mention whatsoever of a subscription price on the site. I think the company has really destroyed its credibility with its underhanded practices which is a real shame because I did feel the assessments were of value.
My credit cards and my bank card was…
My credit cards and my bank card was compromised..they said I could get my enneagram type if I answered a few questions for free and then came back and asked for 1 dollar, like a fool I fell for it. This Company needs to be stopped immediately..my Bank protected me, but not everybody else as lucky as I am.. hopefully I learned my lesson..
I also have been scammed by this…
I also have been scammed by this company, I’m furious. I’ve asked PayPal to refund me the three months subscription that I didn’t notice. I’m
So sick of these businesses scamming.
I was totally misled. This company is a SCAM and NOT legitimate
I was totally misled and feel so foolish at being so easily duped. This whole company is a total SCAM. The advertisement said one could pay $1.00, and, after doing a quiz, find out where they were on the Enneagram. When I did this the company signed me up for a subscription that I had NOT agreed to.
On contacting the company Olivia responded with a link to the terms and conditions and saying that a refund was not possible.
I DID not see or sign any Terms and Conditions. I had paid my initial $1.00 through Paypal and then, 2 weeks later My Account was debited $68AUD for a monthly subscription. I have reported this to Paypal.
These people are laughing all the way to the bank and giving NOTHING back in return. AVOID at all costs.
This company exists SOLELY to defraud…
This company exists SOLELY to defraud people like me who should know better by now. If you have the misfortune of coming across Bloominto.co online, STEER CLEAR. Do not answer a questionnaire, do not enter your email, just AVOID it. They just stole about $80 from me, and I can only hope that Paypal will erase it.
I NEVER agreed to subscribe to this…
I NEVER agreed to subscribe to this company. Have cancelled but will nit refund money. I DID NOT receive any so called report, I have been in touch several times but always the same answer Check spam folder.
Beware --Scam
Scam. I wasn't aware of it until my Visa was turned down at two stores, and I knew I had no problems with that Visa. When I looked into it, my bank had frozen my Visa because they already knew about this scam. Through PayPal, they had received two demands for payment of 39.99 a month, although I had only signed up for a $1 test fee. Thanks to reading the reviews on this site, I realized what the problem was. My Visa has been cancelled and a new one will be issued. Now I just have to stop falling for these "fun" tests for $1. And I have to change all my automatic payments to a different credit card, immediately!
Designed to trick you into an expensive…
Designed to trick you into an expensive subscription and they make it hard to cancel.
I too was misled
I too was misled. The advertisement said a person could pay $1.00 and after doing a quiz find out what part of the Enneagram was personally relevant. In that process I was signed up for a subscription that I did not agree to but the company which only responds with "Olivia" through AI keeps saying that I signed the Terms and Conditions. I had paid my initial $1.00 through Paypal and was then debited $64AUD for a monthly subscription. I have Paypal looking into it especially as when I click onto the Paypal transaction for the $64 the company says they will refund. Such a swindle.
I inadvertently signed up for a £39.99…
I inadvertently signed up for a £39.99 pm subscription having agreed to a £1.99 one off fee. This is a scam
Avoid at all costs its a scam to set up monthly hidden charges excessive and non refundable
Stay well clear this is a scam Company that as most other reviews show is just a means to defraud customers with hidden pre agreement to pay
Monthly fees. Do not sign up to the trial as this gives them the I for to set up recurring payments unless you go through their systems to actively stop the ongoing payments. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
Distraught
Distraught. Like so many others it seems I paid US$1.00 and they then took an unauthorized US$39.99. I cannot afford that and never gave permission for them to take this. They did tell me how to cancel, as another reviewer says, but they already had my US$39.99 and they refuse to pay it back. Never been caught like this b4. I am so careful so I know it must be a fairly clever scam to trap me. I will formally complain via Paypal and anyone else I can find. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DON'T GET SCAMMED!
SCAM!
SCAM!! I agreed to 1-time fee for a report, NOT a recurring subscription. I just discovered that they have charged me 39.99 three times since that initial fee. They refuse to refund me and only send canned emails citing their terms and conditions for subscriptions, but I NEVER agreed to a subscription.
What a dodgy bunch
What a dodgy bunch. I was silly enough to pay $1 to get a 'personality analysis' result, from FB, then a few days later they took $67 from my PayPal. for a 'subscription' I didn't even know I had.
Paypal dealt with it but I bet they get away with this often.
