There is no 14 days return policy

There is no 14 days return policy at all ! First, you need to contact the number on their website. It's not reachable for 3 weeks, I was trying on daily basis, 2-3 times per day. By using their contact form, you are contacted by "Benny", obviously a chatbot based on its short, one sentence answers. I contacted them on the first day after delivery to return the robot cleaner as it damages the furniture, it has disturbing blind spots and wanted to return it. Benny was asking videos, then giving futile suggestions to make a video from different angle, if I cleaned the robot, that I should give it more time of usage and so on. After 2,5 months of emails exchanging on daily basis, Benny comfirmed what I said at the begining, that it's by a design and as such works perfectly !? I can't return it as the period already expired and I "used" the product already. I had to use it for the videos eventhough I stated, that dont want to as it makes damage, Benny demanded it. Now, I'm still in the loop, getting nowhere and Benny again asking me to provide video if the issue still persist. This is absolutely unprofessional approach with violations your customer rights getting you into endless loop without exit to your satisfaction as the customer.
