I purchased the Nectar skin repair balm in the sale in Fenwicks for myself and 2 friends. We were unable to get anything out of the tubes and when we did it was like sludge. Referred to customer services, told me to go back to Harrods to return or replace?? Expensive even in the sale so I would avoid unless the full price item is better.
