I Purchased Bloom collagen and receive Kriath collagen. I have 5 bottles of this that I am not comfortable using because my dogs has significant skin issues. This company sounds legit but when you receive a knock off it's obvious they are not. Buyer beware!

I have had a great experience with this company. I had used the first two bottles for my girl and needed to order more. The first order arrived within 3-4 weeks When I got the next order I noticed it was cloudy and the other was clear. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and offered to refund or replace the product. I agreed to have the product replaced because I was seeing a difference and my girl actually liked taking it and she is picky.

Wish I had taken the time to read the reviews. Same problem order as of this date still not arrived. Pass the 7-14 dates. Apparently still in transit. Have responded to my email. But apparently can only if ever get 10% refund.

The after sales service from Bloom Grace was excellent. My queries were handled with very quick responses to my emails and solutions to my questions were reached quickly and efficiently resulting in a satisfactory outcome. Thank you Carla

I received the collagen product very quickly and the items were in perfect condition. I was not able to try the product as my beloved dog passed away before we had a chance. I contacted customer service who responded quickly and with compassion. They offered me a refund and I was able to keep the product to donate to a local shelter. I was pleased with this outcome.

The product never showed up. After going around in emails with customer service multiple times asking for a refund, I go nowhere. They try to blame the consumer for putting in the wrong address. I showed them proof of the correct address and then they blame the shipping company and say they have no control over it. It is a scam!

Bloom Grace issued a refund for the product. Issue has been resolved

Bloom collagen for dogs. What a rip off. Price says $8.00 but when you go to pay, the price has jumped to $52.99. Be careful. You could be ripped off.

I only gave it 1 star because I had to in order to write my review. This company said my 29.99 bottle of collagen for dogs never showed up. I contacted the carrier and they had no record of a package with that tracking number. I emailed bloom grace and asked for a refund. This is like 3 weeks after I ordered it. They finally emailed me back and said they do not issue refunds. This is a scam.

Watch what you click on I clicked on buy 1 get 1 free and ended up paying almost 30 dollars for something I could get for 748 at chewy then when I asked for the second bottle they informed me I didn't click on the buy 1 get 1 free and that buy 1 get free is the only reason I clicked on their site now they only offered a 30% refund bcuz they have false advertisements to lure you in

SCAMMERS order never showed and not having a phone number is ridiculous. Do your homework first. The email responses are automated and just loop around TERRIBLE COMPANY

They sent a bogus tracking number, so I emailed them to find out when the order was to ship. She said she is getting so many orders that she can’t keep up. A week later no tracking, no update, no merchandise!

I don't want to give it any stars.Bloom grace collagen for dogs was supposed to be made in the USA. It has China manufactured on it. They claimed it was veterinary backed. Also said it was to treat itching and allergies. The label said not intended to treat or cure allergies. I ordered it last month and tried to cancel. Kept saying it was in transit.

I watched a video from Joe Rogan. And they had a bottle and they said it was Bloom. Grace that helped Robert f. Kennedy and a lied it was A1. I received my bottles and it was water with purple food coloring.im afraid they put antifreeze in it. I took it for a week and was sick. I want my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Still waiting for a delivery that said delivered, but it said to door or YARD! I'm in an apt. I've gotten my bank involved and they are investigating. Don't trust reviews on their page, look at trust pilot to obtain real reviews. Also, look closely at the return specifications, they aren't what they post! This is a scam! GoFoExpress is the shipping company and I've contacted them 4 times about finding where they left my package in the "yard" they do not ever respond!

I saw their add on Facebook and it claimed it was made in the USA and had a NY address. Ordered then found all the bad reviews. Like others I tried to cancel, but received no response. I filed a complaint with my CC holder and they agreed this was a credit card scam. So I got my money back

Placed my order for puppy pee pads on Nov9 and here it is the 24th and when I track my order, it still says preparing to ship. My puppy is just about trained to go outside now. There is no reason that it should take this long and especially without them contacting and letting you know. Save your time and money.

This stuff is a scam water and vitamin with food coloring junk...

This product is useless. It is blue water. I have tried two other brands with great effect and this one does nothing.
I switched back to Earth Harmony brand.
