Can't fault the team. I turned up almost half an hour early (happy accident with the trains) and they were able to accommodate me immediately. The reception team were professional and polite, and the woman who performed my test was very friendly and helpful. Their communication at all points was clear and they checked with me to make sure I was getting the tests I needed. The test itself was performed quickly and professionally- not necessarily painless, but as expected. My results came within 2 hours. I highly recommend the team here.

Paid a fortune for 48 hour PCR test and it’s been over 48 hours and still not received my test results. Called about 10 times and sent several emails with not a single return. I’ve had to change my travel plans due to their incompetence. Use another clinic.

Used this company for the 48 hour PCR Covid test for travel, results came back in 29 hours so did the job. I thought the £199 per test was extortionate but seems pretty standard once I shopped around. My only gripe is that no one ever answers the phone and they are pretty slow on email too.

Very pleased with the service. Was able to book in for a test the same day, staff were friendly and efficient. My swab was taken on Monday evening and results returned on Wednesday lunch time. It was decent value as well.

Nobody answers your phone

Terrible service, paid nearly £100 for a blood test, emailed my details as requested to get results within 48 hours. 2 weeks later despite numerous emails and phone calls never answered I had to take time off work to go in. When I complained why they hadn't gotten back to me, they said they were too busy. Too busy for a service I had paid for and lost money taking time off work. Go elsewhere there are better places to use.

I book for a blood test via their page. At the end of the process it says somebody will contact me -never happened. Wrote 2 emails no answer. Tried several times to reach via phone no answer at all. Spent 3 days of my life on this. Definitely not worth it. There are other companies out there.

I wanted to have regular blood tests in a central London location.Blood London, in Harley Street was recommended to me and I have been very impressed with how they have handled my frequent tests and the fast turn around of results and the good price.
