Fast and fair.
Love the company
Love the company, the customer service is also great. I just wish blood & bad could be VAT registered so customers outside the UK don't have to pay so much on top of the records and shipping costs.

1 and 1/2 month to receive my parcel
1 and 1/2 month to receive my parcel, after several email exchanges with you, it’s a bit long, even if the persons were kind and effective. Maybe find another delivery company ?
Quality and uniqueness of product…
Quality and uniqueness of product really great. Slip sleeve of one record had split, probably in transit which I notified Blood Records of for awareness, but this was replaced with a new set of printed sleeves sent out very quickly. Very impressed and limited numbered edition too!
Where to start?
Where to start? Their communication is excellent and their records are always packaged to the highest standard to ensure they arrive undamaged and customer support is also brilliant. I can't find anything that needs improvement.

The shipping was a nightmare
The shipping was a nightmare. They kept saying my package had been shipped, but it never arrived. It ended up being delayed by over a month. Extremely poor service.

More hype than quality these days
Unfortunately, my recent experiences with Blood Records have seriously damaged my trust in the company.
I’ve been a collector and have purchased several releases from Blood Records, but lately the quality of the vinyl seems to be deteriorating. I’ve received records with playback issues, including unwanted surface noise and other defects, as well as releases where the final vinyl design looks noticeably different from what was advertised on the website.
I understand that vinyl is a physical product and that occasional defects can happen. However, when these issues start becoming a recurring experience, it becomes difficult to have confidence in the quality control behind the releases.
What’s particularly disappointing is that Blood Records has built its reputation around highly collectible, limited-edition vinyl. For me, the appeal used to be about getting something genuinely special and well-made. Increasingly, it feels like the focus is more on hype, scarcity and elaborate designs than on the quality of the actual records being delivered.
As a collector, I don’t mind paying a premium for a limited release when the quality justifies it. But when the vinyl arrives with playback problems or doesn’t resemble what was originally advertised, that premium becomes much harder to justify.
I really hope Blood Records takes this feedback seriously and puts more emphasis on quality control and accurately representing its products. I used to be excited about their releases, but these recent experiences have unfortunately made me much more hesitant to purchase from them in the future.
Really unique vinyl pressings.
