Good customer service
I ordered 3 100ml bottles of hair oil but received 3 30ml bottles. I usually look before ordering online that the company has a UK address and contact details but hadn't on this occasion. When I looked to let them know there was only an email address. I wasn't hopeful but I received a reply to my email straight away apologising for the error. They arranged for the parcel to be collected and once they'd received it they sent the correct items. Very pleased with the way it was dealt with.
