Do NOT order at bloemenwinkel.nl

I ordered a bouquet delivery for my wife via bloemenwinkel.nl. Their website looks good, but the service is horrible.

First of all, they didn't deliver in time. It was a birthday surprise, and it was very disappointing to get the flowers one day later.

Second, they don't have a contact phone number and they do not respond via e-mail. Which makes it almost impossible to contact their client support department.

Third, the bouquet looks absolutely different compared to the photos on their website.

I do NOT recommend this service. It was a really bad experience.

This shop's German website advertises…

This shop's German website advertises that bouquets of flowers ordered before 12pm arrive on the same day in Germany (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for the 7th of January and it still hasn't arrived.

According to the FAQs, you should wait 3 working days before contacting customer service.

Unfortunately there is no tracking number either.

I have now written to customer service.

Updated (11.01):

In my customer account on their German website (Blumenladen.de), I saw two new addresses that weren't mine. I fear the store is a scam. So I asked for my money back via PayPal.

Stay away from orders on this website.
