I spoke with Aman yesterday. After explaining my situation, he offered me excellent advice and provided me with contact details of people who would be able to assist me further.
I was on the phone with him for around 30 minutes no charge for the advice and he was extremely reassuring.

This is my first and hopefully last complaint to the ombudsman, and I didn’t really know how the whole process worked, and Aman explained everything very clearly and concisely which made the entire thing much easier and less scary 👍. I am a pensioner and have no experience with scams or trading. The phone call I got today from the company, although they could not help me with the money I lost, they put my mind at rest. the gentleman took his time to fully explain things to me and made it very simple to understand.
