I have funds in my account which need to get swapped so I need my account verfied I have sent all my documents to verify and had no reply at this time in point I cant swap my funds for another year and I’m getting worried. Blockchain answer your customers please !

After reading other people’s reviews I realized Blockchain is an scam.

I have two problems;
1-about 6 weeks ago I wire transferred $100,000 from my other bank to my digital wallet in block chain but to date the money is not in my digital wallet nor do I have access to it.
2-The balance of my bitcoins in my black chain digital wallet was deposited into someone else’s wallet without my authorization or initiation. Reading the other reviews I realized many people have the same experience.
About six weeks ago I wire transferred one hundred thousand dollars to my block chain digital wallet so I could immediately buy bitcoins. After six weeks I still cannot see my hundred thousand dollars in my digital wallet and I do not have access to it. In these six weeks the price of bitcoin has continuously gone up and I have lost a lot of money because of block chain and I am still losing money until I get my money. I have literally chatted 10 to 20 times with them in the past six weeks. For the first three weeks I was given the runaround (wire transfers take up to a week, contact your other back that wired the money, your other bank probably made a mistake Etc.) finally in the third week I was told by a Rep that the finance department found my money. When I asked what happened the rep said it was sitting in blackChain account and it was not moved to my digital wallet.
Three weeks ago when the rep told me that the finance department has found my money he said that the finance department will shortly send you an email with instructions on how for you to access you’re $100,000 every two or three days I follow up with a chat (the only option you have besides opening a ticket that no one ever responds you) and ask where is the email I was supposed to get with instructions on how to access my money, all they did was to tell me to be patient they will send you an email. It already has been three weeks from when Blockchain told me the finance department found my money & they will send me an email shortly. I have not yet received any email yet. Up to an hour ago I thought there is a 20% chance that this is an scam and not a mistake but after reading the reviews I now think there is and 90% chance that this is a scam.
In addition I had a fraction of Bitcoin ( which with today’s bitcoin prices would be worth about $40,000 of bitcoin In my Blockchain account ( thanks good, I had transferred 22 of my bitcoins elsewhere) and suddenly 4 to 5 weeks ago my Bitcoin fraction it was transferred to another wallet And my account shows zero bitcoins now.
Blockchain Rep said that my account has been compromised but I thought it is impossible. nobody else has the passwords and user number but after reading the review I realize that many other people Half hat the exact same experiences.
Anyone knows or has a suggestion on what I can-do to recover my hundred thousand dollar? Does anyone knows or has a suggestion on how I can recover my stolen bitcoin fractions?

One person sent me 12k usd to my btc wallet and it was confirmed now i can't see the money to my account.
he man this is serious issue with blockchain network. The person send me money on 14th april and the transfer was confirmed and it was added to my wallet balance after that in 1 hour i again check my account and the money not show my account and also it not show to my btc activity. after that i contact the person and he said he did scam with the blockchain. if you guys not serious the problem so it make a big problem. it look like blockchain network hacked. please do serious investigation the issue. i have send the request more days ago but no one reply me from the blockchain. what happend?

I get email from Blockchain saying a trading has started and they will contact me when finished without ever contacting me. I don't know anything about the trading and my account show over $100 less than what was in it. How do you contact them. They have no support of any kind that I can find. This is not good business practice. Blockchain has a lot of bad reviews.

Do not use this company!! I've had thousands of dollars in "review" for 5 days now. I can't get ahold of anybody or figure out what needs to be done. I've lost out on so much money from this. Who knows if I'll even get it back, judging by everybody else's reviews.

This company stole my euros from my in app euro balance around 3 weeks ago. Since i have heard no response to my tickets.

Today i woke up to find some of my crypto missing when i havent even been on my account.

It seems there is no customer support or ability to simply keep your money or crypto safe.

By far the worste experience i have had with ANY service ever. It seems like Blockchain likes to screw over the little guy and they get away with it all the time.

The only help i get is false hope and from malicious fake blockchain support agents who run a mock freely on blockchains platforms.

To be honest i have no faith that my savings will be returned to me. I understand now that the entirety of last years work was pointless. All i can do is to convince others not to trust Blockchain.

It’s a nice platform to buy bitcoins which I use to purchase coins myself. It’s very easy to you and straightforward, user friendly but it takes time sometimes to purchase bitcoins

Sometimes it difficult to purchase bitcoin from blockchain, cause it will go to the bitcoin wallet trading account after purchasing it. I love using this app cause it very easy

blockchain has no cash for payouts. Finds all sorts of excuses to not connect to my bank account. And of course these reasons were never communicated, was left hanging for weeks, and I was of course counting on that money. ticket 2126973

I recived a payment for 4650.-€ the 9. of march, one day after the burnout from one of the server.
The amount dont show up, even my wallet looks like virgin, like i never made a transaction with blockchain.
It looks like all my datas are lost.

I send you the payment details at the 16. of march and you sended me the email confirmation #2218463.

Since them your life support is out and i didnt get an answer for my emails.

Since 14 days you have my money and i dont have your support how to get it.

I just can say that YOUR support is as bad as a support can be. I feel absolutly helpless and completly lost. No idea how to get my money back!

I've had an account with Bitcoin Exchange for over a year and last month deposited some money to buy bitcoin. When I tried to log in again a few days ago I got an Invalid Credentials error and the password reset link didn't do anything.

I spoke to someone via help chat but they wouldn't say what was wrong, just that someone would contact me by email. The following day I went on the help chat again to ask what was going on with my account and was told by this person that my ID check had failed. I asked for instructions on how to proceed with verifying my ID so I could get my account back I was told my funds would be refunded and no instructions on what to do about the bitcoin I'd bought. He asked me to wait a few minutes while he waited for a response from the security department - I gave up after 30 minutes.

It's infuriating that they'll take my deposit and let me buy bitcoin then revoke my ID and leave me with no way of getting my money back. I feel like I've been scammed. Certainly wouldn't recommend using them...
